It's a large place and there's great variety of selections, kept fresh constantly. The staff is plenty polite. On an occasion, it is most definitely fun to go there and "pig out" for a mere twelve bucks a person. It is NOT healthful for us to miss out on eating all day long, then go there and fill ourselves until we're ready to burst, so we can go home and fall asleep like a boa constrictor snake that has swallowed a goat. read more

Love coming here, one of my favorite spots to eat for lunch or dinner. Good selection of food, sushi tastes fresh and the staff are friendly. Good price for a buffet, highly reccomend getting some almond chicken, only downside is that it's most likely packed on weekends as it's a popular choice by locals, best to come before 5pm. read more

Garden Buffet is is a great place to eat. The servers that we've had are quite nice. Sally, the hostess, is very friendly as is the owner, Lee. The food is always fresh, hot and delicious. They're very good with accomodating special requests. I would recommend this eatery. read more

The food could be hotter sushi bar small small amounts were you can't get what you like. They put out 4 pieces out at a time and if it's gone they don't make more until they have time. Also same cook doing hibachi at the same time and that comes first. Sushi loosely made and when you say something they ask you not to comeback. I try them again but nothing changed read more

The food here is good but the service is awful. I was alone they sat me at a table behind a post. Then she pulls my seat out and it's the chair facing the wall well I sat in the other one. So I go get a plate I'm done with that plate they come take the plate and bring me my check. So I get another plate and they ask me if I'm OK they have someone waiting for a single seat table if I'm done. Now I'm still eating I say we'll I'm paying for this do I'm going to eat it. They say we'll 1Hour maximum I said I've been here 22min. The man behind me says I didn't know they were timing us. I get dessert and they keep walking past and looking at my plate well now I'm on my phone and complaining on here and facebook. I have never been treated so rude I will not go there again. read more

This is the most horribe, disgusting place I have ever eaten at. If I could give or no stars I would, the staff are rude, The Chinese kids there drop food all over the place, apparently, one of the workers kids. The Sushi/Hibachi person is so rude and nasty. I saw him pick his nose, whilst preparing the Sushi, without washing his hands. If that wasn't bad enough I was in the restroom for the rest of the day. Go to Sakura, just down from this place. This restaurant serves a good range of food. We always bring our visiting friends to this place because it has Hibachi grill and sushi. You will never find another restaurant for this price. The restaurant is always full during weekends. If the food is not good then people would not have returned to this place to eat. read more

I've eaten here several times over the past few years and was mostly pleased.....until six months ago I had the worst experience ever. A live cockroach walked from underneath our booth onto our table while we were eating. We immediately got up and informed the manager at which point we informed them we weren't paying and they agreed no problem. Never will step foot in there again!! read more

I would not recommend this place for dinner. They are cheap on the crab legs, clams and anything that is expensive. They bring out enough for one or possible two plates so if someone takes a plateful you have to wait forever to get more. The standard cheaper foods and the deserts were ok but not a great selection. The guy host is inconsiderate. He expects you to move out of his way instead stepping aside for a customer with a plate of food. They are quick on cleaning up your plates. I will give them that but since the wait staff really didn't have anything else to do but get drinks and clean of the tables I don't think that is asking for much. If you want a basic buffet and in a rush then come here. If you are used to a great buffet with an excellent selection of items to choose from your in the wrong place! read more

A buffet with hours for lunch and dinner. That is what you think, make sure that you go in and leave time to eat between lunch and dinner because or you will have to gulp your food. We arrived before lunch time over(3:00) and were told we had to pay dinner rates unless we ate our full in half hour. Buffet hours 11-3:30 or til 3. Nothing different on food except they added barbeque ribs. OH...and other people with us were already there and had plates and eating and they changed our whole bill. Horrible food choice, the glasses were so filthy we had to ask three times for a clean glass to drink out of. Also, I don't know what water they use for ice that the ice was so cloudy. Gross. The food choices were pretty poor, and so bland I thought I was in a low-salt/low-spice establishment. If you have to add soy sauce to fried rice that's pretty bad. The rice was all over-cooked and mushy(that means too much water to plump up the rice) and the soups were watered down as well. The foods are mostly cold, they wait till the very last minute to refill anything. But that's not the worst of it. I like Hibachi and always eat stir fried beef on Hibachi grill in Chinese buffet, never had a problem. Today, the lady that was seating (later found out was owner) looked at my plate and literally said: "You are taking too much beef, we only allow 3 to 4 slices of beef, it is very expensive you know". Excuse me? The beef per slice is very small, it's not a whole steak like some Chinese Buffet I've been to (and they don't have a problem with me taking a lot). Then she said, "if you do it again I will double charge you, you eat too much", huh? BUFFET? Don't believe me? i need to write a review immediately due to the fact we went there on monday june 25,2012 it was so bad we walked out with only leaving a dollar tip we should of walked out witout paying but i am not like that, here is what happened first plate my husband had was fried wings well he got 2 ate one the other one had feathers on it we gave it to the waitress and her response was oooohh she took it away from us went to front of store then walked to the back she actually looked shocked, and grossed out when we showed her, no one came to us about it we continued to eat due to the fact my son (6) only had half day at camp and we did not want to spoil his time. So we continued to eat i took a picture of it of course facebook seen it, then the next issue was fork was dirty it took awhile from the grumpy looking waitress to get one, then my husband was eating baked scallops on the very nice designed scallop shells well he cleaed them all out and wanted to keep the shells so he wrapped them up in a napkin and the grumpy waitress came over and asked him what he was doiing she said he no can take them she looked confused as o being able to explain why he was upset we were gonna put them in our kids collection of shells to later make something, so my husband gave them to her and we continued to eat she watched us like we were such bad people, she came back to us and said they have to send them back to company so they can get more i think they reuse them, now we are being watched even more then before my son goes to go to bathroom and 2 squares of tissue left the poor kid is 6 could not wipe right it took a while to get tissue. When we finally left the lady at front asked how was evything with me wanting to keep calm because of my son i actually said service sucked she looked grumpy never smiled it was rough caue she HAD to be there, then the food lets talk about that the wing had feathers she then proceeded to say well the cook must have missed them they receive the meet already with batter fried they just need to refry so he just missed it when putting it in fryer omg seriously did she just shrug it off ew! then a man approached us in front and asked what happened well he did know cause the wing was brought back to him, he basically said loudly just give them 10 dollars back well the register lady just fumbled with money and we walked out with 2.50 i told her i will never go back there and neither will any of my facebook friends and while sitting there i posted a negative review, so i hope they go under i wouuld help them pack. read more

Food is usually decent, I don't really like chinese food but I go with my husband. HOWEVER, the service is absolutely terrible!! They barely come to your table and when they do it's to see if you are done eating or to bring you your tab when you first sit down. My father-in-law usually goes with us and he has a prosthetic leg and the waiters always stare at him and when he tries to get up from the table they just stand there and do not move, they literally stand right next to him and watch him. They have taken our plate MULTIPLE times from us while we are still eating. One time one of the waitress even commented on our son and how he was eating his food, mind you he eats with his fingers because he is 3, but he was not making a mess. One time my husbands phone was vibrating and the lady cleaning the table and she grabbed his phone and handed it to him. Overall the ONLY reason they are getting 3 stars instead of 1 is because the food is actually decent. read more
