Normally it's a wonderful place to visit. The bud tenders are knowledgeable and will take the product out of the cooler so you can examine it. NOT today, however, today there was a special kind of person behind the counter. Not terribly knowledgeable. I told her what I wanted. She pulled out something not even close to comparable, then by the time we got to the register she rang up 3x the asking price. (I told her what I had to spend. She did NOT listen AT ALL). She just giggled, refigured, still nearly 2x the price. For a second time, told her what I wanted and what I had to spend. Finally got it down to my price range, BUT still something i DID NOT WANT. Not impressed with this particular sales person. To boot, upon examination of the receipt, I paid OVER on the TAX. Now I have questions. Is Twin peaks ALWAYS charging too much tax?? read more

The guy inside told me to make a call in the lobby, went to the lobby to make the call and got yelled at and kicked out immediately, no niceties at all. This place has a high rating so I called to talk to a manager and the manager Jessica, who at first was also rude, but upon realizing that I am a regular, respectful person, she ended up being cool and mentioned that it is a challenge to keep people from buying for minors. So they are a bit rough when it comes to being on the phone. That's cool and all, but yelling at someone out of nowhere and kicking them out, didn't prevent someone from buying for a minor since I'm not doing that, but what it did do is lose a customer. No one wants to be treated like garbage for no reason. F- is the grade I give this experience today. Won't be back. read more

Some of the bud tenders here are top notch and give you really good descriptions of effects, flavors, and their personal experience. Today I actually left to go to a different dispensary because no matter how many questions I asked, invitations to show some actual knowledge of the product...all I could squeeze out of the person helping me today was, "I've had it...I like it." Over and over. She seemed dare I say it, sort of high. That's fine. But I kept looking over at the other tender waiting for him to be free because he plays great playlists and knows what strains are good to groove too. Prime location in the twin peaks shopping plaza. They have a wide selection of flowers, edibles, concentrates. Their bud tenders never really make you feel rushed, even when they're busy. They carry my favorite edibles, but when they're out of stock, they always have another suggestion close to what you're looking for. read more

Picked up a 500mg vape cartridge the other day. I've picked up quite a few 1000mg cartridges from here, so I found it slightly odd that my budtender mentioned to hold onto the receipt and come back within two days if there were any issues; a comment I hadn't received before. Lo and behold I get home and the cartridge is seriously under-filled, just over the wide part of the central stem (the part that holds very little volume), about half the height of the chamber. I come back the next day and my new budtender tells me that is how they are normally filled. I explain my experience with cartridges in the past, and cartridges from this specific location. He tells me some companies put extra in to give you more, and that's why this cartridge is not under-filled. I have a real hard time believing that every other vape cartridge I have ever gotten has been breaking the law. If this is the case, this establishment is knowingly breaking the law, however I tend to believe they were in fact just trying to rip me off with an under-filled cartridge. I will not be back, and instead will follow my friends advice (which I should have in the first place) and drive ten minutes to bud depot. It's more worth your time.
