The comfortable feeling of going to that old house in "that" area of town to see your "friend" to get something, though all legal-like now-a-days, makes the experience reminiscent to me.

Asking simple questions felt like an inconvenience to them, which is frustrating in a setting where customers rely on guidance and accuracy. What's most concerning is the apparent lack of leadership. The general manager, Ryan, seems either unaware of these issues or unwilling to address them. Poor management is reflected in the overall experience, and it shows in both staff behavior and operational standards. There are plenty of dispensaries that take compliance and customer care seriously--this just isn't one of them. I'd strongly recommend going elsewhere if you're looking for professionalism, quality, and a better overall experience.

My total loss was 1.4 grams of weed - ripped off by dispensary. The ounce is 28 grams, so 5% of the ounce was not given to me. Management has addressed this in an earlier post. BS.
