Came in yesterday -Every time I've been helped by a girl I think named Becky - she always attempt to make things super awkward and weird. Anytime I've visited -she will check my id, she doesn't hand it back, will hold on to it, while attempting to begin my transaction at the check-in table. She's always trying to do too much in a simple transaction, it's apparent each time. She lacks social skills and tact. Anytime I've been helped by her, I can predict her actions -During my visit she continuously ask me to repeat myself. Which is fine I don't mind that but it's apparent she's trying to be a troll and makes things extra and difficult. Sometimes during my transaction she will act distracted or busy and will do other things while mixed in with my transaction sale . I've been going there for years..and always there at least once a week. Typically met with good service and basic simple sale -in and out.. It's obvious she is struggling with complex issues with herself and feels she needs to position herself to feel in control and/or power. (Which is strange behavior for someone in customer service. It's obvious she is not socialized but tries to act pretentious to mask her lack of social skills. -I've wanted each time to ask for another person to assist me ..but I'm feeling less comfortable going there anymore read more

Bought a $124 (with tax) jar of cream, got home to use it, seal was broken, finger swipe was in the cream. Called the store to ask for some compensation to make another trip there and to replace it with an unused jar and they said no we don't do that but we will trade you for a new unused one. What a horrible business policy to not do some sort of compensation for this kind of problem which they created! What can you do to improve your business? Once the customer has paid and takes possession, have the customer open the product to see that it is still sealed and new. Should not have to do this! read more

I won't be back. I used to enjoy this location when it was Euflora, but after having two bad experiences with the same security guard (something I've never experienced before), I'll take my business elsewhere. The first time, a few weeks back, he accused me of having a knife in my pocket. There was literally nothing in my pocket. But he was extremely abrasive with his accusation and made the entire situation extremely uncomfortable, even after he confirmed there was nothing there. Whatever, stuff happens. Then tonight I came in to grab a cartridge and before getting out of the car to walk into the store, handed my fiancée a plant that I had been holding in my lap. Once I got into the store, security accused me of having taken money from her (which isn't true. I can show atm receipts from my own account from minutes prior) and demanded to go out to the car and see her ID. I told him I would give him her ID, but it was simply a houseplant that was handed over. Instead of showing any sort of remorse for his mistake or apologizing, he continued to accuse me of taking money from her before coming in. He kept this accusation going throughout my time in the store. When I told him that wanting to see any and all potential customers' IDs is fine, but his refusal to back down from his accusations and his tone was unprofessional, he threatened to kick me out of the store. This was all extremely uncalled for and should not be the tolerated from a customer-facing employee, security or otherwise. If ownership sees this and would like to review the security tape, I was in the store at approximately 9pm tonight. I would provide the employees' name, but he refused to give it to me. read more

Jars is by far my favorite recreational cannabis facility in the area. The budtenders are knowledgeable regarding the vast variety of products and options to enjoy. I have not had a bad encounter with any bud tender here but I have a particular fondness for Priscilla. I have always been greated by her with a smile and warmth that could not be faked. She is the real deal regarding customer care and compassion. After not being able to shop in person for myself for more than a month she remembered my name on first sight! Her pleasant and sincere greeting has convinced me that this is the place for me! read more
