Rafael came out the next day and took notes on what I needed. The very next day, I received their quote on Friday and the following Tuesday they came and took up all the dead grass. They then did a sprinkler system check and added the drain. The next step was to lay rich sod all over before planting the new sod the next day. I could not be happier with their work. My yard is now beautiful! They came by the third day to trim my older shrubs and power wash the sidewalks and driveway. This crew could not be more professional. I highly recommend this company. I explained I really didn't want to pay another almost $300 just because they failed to implement the plan we agreed on and was told (albeit nicely) while someone there did "drop the ball", it's my fault for waiting a month to notice and call them.
