The work was sloppy. Areas like the rear diffuser and behind the license plate weren't even properly washed, which is unacceptable for a service that's supposed to include clay bar and paint correction. Corners were obviously cut. Basic detailing was ignored--the trunk wasn't opened or cleaned, and the inside of the rear window was left dirty. This is detailing 101. The workmanship feels careless and lacks pride. As someone who knows cars, I can confidently say this was a poor job. If you work hard for your money, don't spend it here.

I had purchased an Spod/Bantam Pod (gang switch ) for all my lights and train horn, it was not installed correctly, I brought my truck to Brett and his team and they sorted it all out. They worked on my truck for close to 11 hours, typically they close at 6pm however they stayed late to finish the job, and didn't rush anything. They have a great shop, if you can't leave your truck/car they have a couch which is very inviting. I have nothing but good things to say about, The Custom Shop ! Checking out what other customers are doing to their cars, Waiting room has comfortable sofa's and a big TV with Netflix while you wait, Posters of their previous work on the wall, Office has allot of POP figures (nerd inside me). 3rd, appointment was set 3days later to drop the car off. I picked up the car the next day at closing. Basically from my initial email, to the finished product, everything was done in 5days. Mike(owner) and Jimmy(GM) both explained to me the detail differences between type of tints and also took the time to compare each tint % on my Mini until I was completely satisfied with how would look before final installation. I walked in when first opened to ask about their tint summer special and they were able to get me in right away since I'm not local and they both understood the hassle for me back and forth. 1.5hrs later, my car is complete night and day with 35% driver and passenger while the remaining rear received 20%.
