Nurse and doctor were the same as I had a few weeks ago. They actually remembered me and couldn't believe I was sick again. They tested me for the flu, covid and RSV right away and within 5 minutes I was given the results that I have Flu A. The doctor called in Tami flu and a cough medicine and I was on my way to the pharmacy within 20 minutes. Orange urgent care is super fast, super clean and 99% of the staff is super friendly and caring. There's one NP there who in my opinion hates her job and is just rude. I highly suggest going to orange urgent care over the other urgent cares in the area... The most i have waited here is about 10 minutes.

Having a stroke messed up my Right Leg and Right Arm. I'm in pain everyday. I was prescribed Opiates for about 3 years. Then I'm got sick of them and taken more then prescribed. So I let they put me on Suboxone going on Seven Years. I was prescribed Ambien 'sleeping pills' for about Five or Six years. On Monday I found a I had Blood Clot DVT and Hematoma on my left leg. They cut me open and use a Wound Vacuum on Tuesday Morning at 6AM. I'm given Dialid IV medicine and Suboxone. I'm constipated so bad it feels like tip of my pick just going to explode. So they catheterized me. I asked Doctors and Nurses why I am in so much wretched pain and they don't know. I was told tonight to asks the Doctor who did surgery on my leg tomorrow. I want to know why I am in so much pain. Dialid IV medicine lets they push away but I feel it anyway. In two or three hours I'm in wretched pain again. They won't give me Dialid IV medicine and Ambien at the same time. Whyyy? You can't let people to able to sleep and now have any pain? I not a H pusher, or gutter alley, or an addict. I just wanna know why I'm in so much pain 7 days??? I done being in pain for the second I wake up until I fall asleep for 1 hours, 2 or 3 because they constantly wake me up at night.. Is it different how the nurses treat you when your in ICU and moved twice? They are no where as sweet and nice. Once awhile you get a super nice nurse but as often. Where do I sent this and get the answers I want?

She was tested for what we suspected she may have had plus more that the PA suggested. The MA that roomed us and got her vitals was so incredibly sweet to my daughter. We got our test results texted to us very quickly and this was all on a Sunday!I feel very fortunate to have Middletown Medical Urgent Care here close to home.

When I arrived early AM a few people arrived after me and were seen first. Sure I can rant that I was there first or that I had to wait 45 mins but let's be honest here, those people were smart and made appointments online so I can't complain. After the smart guys/gals that made appointments were seen I was promptly attended to and the entire staff was super nice. I got my diagnoses, medication and was on my merry way. If you don't want to risk a long waiting time I suggest making an appointment online if not expect people to walk in after you and get seen first because they've made an appointment. Overall I think this is a great spot to visit when your regular physician is not available.

I was finally offered the option to speak with a doctor virtually which I accepted. The exam was brief, but satisfactory, and I left shortly after having blood drawn. The real issue arose when shortly after my visit I started to get requests for payment even though the visit was covered by my insurance. I continue to get emails and phone calls months after the visit, despite speaking with them and their acknowledgment it is not my responsibility, and despite phone calls from my insurance carrier.
