You fill out an intake form that gives the therapist an idea of any medical conditions and an idea of what you need from your service and they work off that to give you a great experience. The place is extremely clean, neat, accommodating and the staff are all very professional. The locker rooms have everything you need. The robes and slides are soft and made of good quality. Cell phones/camera are prohibited in areas where services are being provided. The lounge area has a waterfall, comfortable seating and plays soft music while a relaxing scent fills the air. You can pay for a one-time service or sign up for a $80/month membership that includes services to sauna, the pool, the massage service of your choice and complimentary beverages/snacks. In my opinion, they're much better than the Ballantyne Resort. You can have an individual service or book a couples massage for two. After our service, they provided us with a glass of wine and bottled water. We then went into the sauna room and sat to detox. It was great. I love this place. I'll definitely return. My husband and son got my a package for a monthly massage or facial and I was so excited but I should have read the reviews first. Again poor front desk staff and support. My massage was for an hour, we started late and ended 15 mins early even with me paying for upgrades! So out of a 60 min massage I got less than 35 mins. It was supposed to be full body, the masseuse barely touched my legs or arms, no scalp nothing. So they will most certainly take the upgrade money and push for gratuity but they don't give you the package you purchase. Trying to talk to corporate or management is a joke as well. We ended up terminating our package with them to go with a much better place over in Huntersville.
