I got the $35 classic pedicure. They didn't even put lotion on me they squirted some oil on my legs and barely gave a massage. She rushed to paint my toes and got paint everywhere. Kept pushing for me to get my nails done after I said no 3 times. Didn't want to scrub my feet and just said I need to come more often. The whole pedicure didn't even last 30 minutes. I really didn't want to post a bad experience, but this is ridiculous. Ken should NOT be doing nails. Perhaps he's better with the check in and check out. I visited a week ago Wednesday for dip service. By Thursday two nails were chipping badly. Friday a total of SEVEN chipped including one broken due to chipping. The dip was so thin, thinner than I've ever had. I had weekend plans so I was not able to return until Monday. I showed him my receipt and realized he was the one that bit my nails. Without question he started redoing them. A tip was put on one with an explanation that he couldn't do the others without doing a full set. That makes no sense, but it gets worse. He also says that when he does a dip on short nails, it's thin unless requested otherwise. I had actually fallen in love with the color even though he offered to redo them on my first visit.Because the color was not what I picked out. I was excited to have the same color again with a freshly set of nails. It's now Wednesday two days later and THREE chipped nails. I am so tired of nail salons dehumanizing you cause you decide not get something done cause of price. I went in for brow wax and asked half leg waxing she said $45 . I decided to just go with brow. There starts the trouble and silent vietnamese insults between coworkers. Then comes nails she dint ask what I wanted except for color pick . I picked red but when I sat down I liked what she had so I said let's do what you have . When I saw color closely its orange and I was gonna wear red dress so I said would like go back to my color. Lord !! She flipped and started ranting loudly to her co worker in vietnamese and even said to herself 'calm down' . I was so sad (not mad) just sad and little hurt; I dint deserve this. Learn to be nice it doesn't hurt. I know you can cause I have seen you guys be nice to caucasian customers . Dont think someone is cheap cause they dont wanna spend on something they dont think it's worth. Learn to respect everyone; it's not that hard . Wasn't very impressed with the service. A lot of miscommunication. The guy asked me what I needed when I walked in I told him a dip powder manicure. He seats me with Tina, who starts to prep my nails for an acrylic fill in. As I'm watching her grab the brush for the acrylic I ask what's that for? She says aren't u getting a fill in? I say no, I want dip powder. It was weird to me to that she would even think I want a fill in because as she was taking off my current dip on my nails I was telling her why my nails were all chipped & broken bc the previous salon I went to didn't put enough layers dip powder on my nails & they were too thin. So don't know where the acrylic came from. But anyway, we're then discussing how I want my nails thicker than they were bc they were too thin but not thick. She proceeds to do them thick, then want to go back and forth with me because I'm asking her to thin them out some. The miscommunication caused for a stressful nail salon experience. Wow!! I've been to this salon 3-4 times so far.. I had a slight hiccup with one of my gel manicures (no fault of my own) and it was fixed 4 days later with no issues at all! I was met with great integrity, AMAZING customer service, and no battle!! I always leave loving my gel pedicures and gel manicures! They have an Amazing polish color selection, they are very clean and the salon is super cozy! The staff is always super friendly! I definitely recommend this salon and will continue to return here myself! They always do an amazing job. I suggest scheduling an appointment as it can get pretty busy but i can definitely understand why, they do great work!! Love this salon and the staff! read more

The place is very clean and organized...most likely because it is new but it is very nice. My cousin and I accidentally took too long at the mall and were trying to find a place that would take us last minute on a Friday night (it was around 7:10 pm). Since they closed at 7:30 I called and asked if they would take us in for two regular pedis. The gentlemen on the phone asked in how long we could be there and since we could make it in 5 mins they accepted. The place has been open for about six months and is really nice and clean. Our nail techs were very friendly and gentle, and as mentioned in previous reviews, we were offered something to drink. Our technicians did a good job and we're thankful they were able to take us in! Would definitely come here again if I didn't live in LA! I'm sure my cousin will. :) P.S. Uggg ! Kinda disappointed. I can't seem to find a good nail salon! I got a pedicure here this past week and I got the deluxe pedicure. They use cheap lotions and the women kinda half @$$ed my pedicure. She didn't do a great massage. If I am paying for the most expensive pedicure I expect the best service. The women also got up 7 times to check her phone. As soon at I went to the drying part of my toes she went to the back and sat on her phone. Pretty upset about that. read more

Pleasantly surprised with my experience here today. I'm new to CLT and have been having a hard time finding somewhere that 1- does acrylics (everyone seems to have moved to strictly dip and I hate it) 2- is reasonably priced ($97 for a dip mani? No thanks) and 3- leaves me happy with the end product. I walked in today - around 11:30 on a nice Saturday morning and was sat immediately. I got a full set with gel color, and I was very happy with the end result. The woman who took care of me (I should have gotten her name bc she's lovely) was so meticulous with my nails. She took her time making sure they were even, shaped properly, and all looked uniform. She really made me feel like she was as obsessed with my nails being perfect as I am. I left with zero complaints and a bill of $55 for a full set, coffin shape, and gel polish. Will definitely be back for my fills and pedicures moving forward. read more

Visit date 11/3/2019. This will be my new spa for my feet! Inside was decorated really and they have a nice set up. They did a great job on my foot. And they even will give you a glass of wine ( tho' I did not drink the wine they had). It was not to crowded inside. They have two of the cuties chairs for little girls to sit in when getting there feet done (see photos). Now they do have TV's, but we tried to watch the Panther game (on a local channel) but for reason they was unable to get a local channel. Would I go back?? MOST DEFINITELY!! read more

I went in on a Wednesday evening around 5:30pm. I was the only one there for awhile before they got more customers. The spa is very clean and has beautiful decor. I got a gel deluxe pedicure and loved every minute of it. The ladies were all friendly and offered me something to drink. If I could give zero stars I would.! This is by far the worst experience I've ever had in my life and a nail salon customer service ha what customer service there is none they are very rude racist and not sensible to people's needs especially if they cannot speak English. My wife is an immigrant and was having trouble picking her color the man was very rude telling her she could not get what she saw on Instagram or Facebook he needed to hurry up he didn't stopped working on her feet and started with another customer. He was belittling her and making her feel like she was stupid. Also when it was time to do her nails we were told they do not have any more time because my wife took too long picking a color he himself should understand the language barrier being an immigrant and take that into consideration but it was not taken into consideration it was pushed to a racist point of view as a male chauvinist pig! Wrong with that the store was very dirty my daughter had her nails done which was a disaster tools were dropped on the floor and used again not sanitary at all the health department will be notified I warn you do not go to the store. 8/8/19- Edited to give one star since negative 10 stars is not an option. I guess this must have been a one hit wonder. I went back yesterday and honestly that was the WORST salon experience I have ever had. I had called hours earlier to make an appointment for myself and my husband. I requested Tim. We got there and were both sat down with our feet in the foot bath. Tim was with another customer which I understand. I never got the option of another person. The woman doing my husbands pedicure asked him four times in the course of two minutes how much longer and he did not respond to her. Just ignore her. So she looks at me and is like oh well he's not answering. He was eight feet away. This wasn't a missed call, this was blatant rudeness to her and myself. So 45 minutes later I'm sitting there still. My feet are like prunes, the water is now cold. I asked the woman several times for someone else and then I said this is ridiculous. My appointment was 45 minutes ago. She said that I had to wait since I'd requested Tim. I told her I HAD an APPOINTMENT with Tim. I wasn't a walk in with a request (had that been the situation I understand the wait 100%) so Tims ignoring us. The woman won't find someone to help and I'm like a foot bath hostage bc I'm there, in the chair, my husband is getting his pedicure. Meanwhile I hadn't even been given colors to pick out. Finally after almost an hour my husband and I agree this is awful service and at this point I don't want Tim anywhere near me. He is so RUDE, no acknowledgment of me even being there let alone the wait. That's what pissed me off the most. I didn't want him rushing the girl he was working on bc that wasn't fair to her but the length of time on her nails indicated he must have just taken her right before I got there and ignored the appointment. Last time he got a $12 cash tip from me for a mani/pedi. I guess he forgot. So I got up and left and went across the street to Diva nails that managed to sit me right away and 35 minutes later I had a gel manicure, a pedicure, and my eyebrows waxed as a walk in. After 50 minutes of my feet in the cold water at a place I'd made an appointment with. When I got up and left not one person acknowledged me, my wait, my inconvenience. I ran out of work in such a hurry to make my appointment on time bc I value their time and have respect but apparently that is one sided. NEVER again will I ever go to this place. If it's the last place on earth I'd rather paint my nails with a sharpie. At Diva nails the woman next to me told me about a very bad experience she had there that ordinarily I'd think was exaggerating but after what I'd experienced I 100% believed her bc it was blatant rudeness. I hope all of the people that patronize this awful place have a back up plan bc after my experience and reading other bad reviews I can't imagine they will be in business long. Original review- I made a last minute appointment on 7/12 in the evening. It was my first time there since I have a regular nail place, but my girl wasn't in that day so I decided to try the new place so close to home. Wow! I got my eyebrows done in desperation bc it had been a few weeks, but going to someone you don't know for brows can be stressful. Well I will never go anywhere else again. That was the best eyebrow job I have ever gotten and they look amazing! I was so happy! Then my nails were done by Tim. I have one toenail that has been a huge PIA for years and finally is resolving bc of a prescription med, so it's grown in slow and ugly in response to the med. Tim spent so much time on this nail and it has never looked so perfect! I went in for a gel manicure, a pedicure and eye brow wax at 6:15 on and they close at 7:30. Tim did not rush at all even when it was last 7:30. The rest of the staff and the man at the counter were really nice and fun, some closing time camaraderie. I was very happy with Jasmine nails and I feel guilty saying this but I think they have taken first place for me going forward. I will definitely be going back and recommending! Also they have the pedicure stations for little kids, I was excited to see that and can't wait to bring my niece!! I used to go to this salon before and the one younger lady was the best nail tech I had had in awhile, then I made an appointment showed them a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like. I came out with nail polish on my skin, crooked nails on top of my nails looking nothing like the picture I showed them. I always make appointments and show up 5-10 mins early. I've been getting my nails done for 24 years. The best nail tech I have ever had was Julie at Jasmine nails. I had moved to Concord I had another place do my nails and they were terrible I was almost in tears. Julie fixed them just how I wanted them and I've been going to see her for the last two years. My nails come out perfectly every time. I hate that I had to move again she has really set the bar high. In town for a wedding and needed nail services asap. I called Jasmines and they told me they could accommodate us if we came right away. We got to the salon in 10 minutes and were immediately taken to the pedicure chairs. I totally appreciated they kept their word as many times you get the "Hurry come now then you wait!" I was very very pleased with my gel nails and pedicure, definitely in the top 5! The technicians were pleasant and very meticulous. My only issue was their pricing, which may be a local thing that I am not aware of. Many parts of the service were considered add ons, ie polish removal, dry skin/callous removal, buff shine.
