Spoke with them Monday morning, kept saying they were sending someone out, then delayed multiple times and never came, said Tuesday first thing... again, they never came. Then I received a hostile phone call from the owner accusing me of trying to get free work, refusing to pay, and pissing him off with multiple phone calls. I have no idea how he arrived at that conclusion when I simply asked if they would guarantee their prior work (which was paid promptly on the day of service btw). Meanwhile my bathtub has been hemorrhaging probably hundreds of gallons over 3 days. They finally arrived on Tuesday around 11, pushed past me at my own front door and began demanding payment immediately before performing any work. I asked him to communicate with the home owner (who I had standing by on the phone), which he refused to do, then left abruptly hurling profanity, yelling insults, and driving excessively fast down the culdesac.
