Super great attention from all the staff and the doctors always. I have been bringing my kids here since they were infants. I can't complain. They are super sweet and knowledgeable. Only thing is that they get packed quick due to what I mentioned before. The waiting area at the front before you go in is super kid friendly and has a TV always playing cartoons. Inside everything is very colorful and clean. (Sorry I forgot to take pics this time). Can't say enough about Dr. Kramer! He is so gentle and have a soft nurturing voice. Your kids will love him and the rest of the staff as well! read more

take your child somewhere else. We took our new born to Dr Kramer because someone recommended him but was a total disappointment. Not only we had to wait long time to see the doctor even when we were on time both times we went there. But he charged extra 119 dollars for a simple phone call. A phone call he didn't answer, we left a message and he texted back several hours later. We didn't even spoke to him by phone. We literally exchanged 2 text messages. Also, he get paid from my insurance but the office still calling and claiming for an unpaid balance. We aware. The administrative personal is very VERY rude and unprofessional from day one. read more

Been going here for 19 months of my child's life. Great doc but man there isn't one appointment where we didn't wait at least one hour to finish. This is a problem! Fix it! What are appointments for in the first place ? Just irresponsible, unprofessional and disrespectful of other people's time. But otherwise a great children's doc. read more

I initially started going to this doctor when my daughter was born as I had found his information online since he was close to where I lived at the time. After the second visit, I became hesitant because of his horrible bedside manners but thought maybe I was being too over protective as a mother. Then on my last visit, I took my sick 2 year old to see this man and when he walked in the room he was noticeably irritated from her crying. As he started to check her throat and she pulled away, he said, "ok, we're going to do this the easy way or the hard way ". That's when I responded and pulled my daughter away from him. I will never go back to this doctor and highly recommend anyone reading this message stay away as well. The previous reviews left about his horrible bedside manners are not false. Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to see them before I had started taking my kids to him. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. read more

I really liked at the beginning, but when, appointment after appointment we had to wait for more than 1 hour with a 3 month baby, one day they told us we "had to" make our baby stop crying, without understanding she was crying because it was way pass her feeding and napping time and she was for more than 1 hour waiting in only her diapers in a small cold room. I couldn't deal anymore with the indifference, lack of consideration, respect and attention. The front desk workers are very supportive and attentive though. read more

I've been taking my son since birth, 10yrs. now. I trust Dr. Kramer immensely. He's not so quick to prescribe meds or admit to hospital. I love that most about him. The new office is beautiful as well. Parking is ample and accessible. read more

Get ready to wait for at least, at least, 2 hours to get your baby seen. The staff is extremely rude and impersonal. AVOID.

Ok doctor but horrible bedside manners, absolutely horrible. Wait time is over an hour at times to then see your kids being treated rudely by the dr, unacceptable. After the third time seeing my kids mistreated, I don't care if you are a good dr, I am not taking them back. Dr Kimsey is great though. read more

I can't say much about Dr. Kramer because we have had only one check- up and it was with Dr. Kimsey. We talked to Dr. Kramer just at the end to get more advices. They seemed to be good professionals. What we didn't like that visit was waiting time (was too long )and kind of rude the staff. But we decided to schedule next appointment. It supposed to be today. Yesterday I received a message confirming an appointment and my husband got calls . He couldn't answer because was working but called them back later and the manager just confirmed the appointment. How I was surprised and disappointed today when arrived there with my little kid . In few seconds after I said hello and my name the lady on reception told we were self paid because Dr. Kramer was not anymore in the list of our insurance. Then she offered me to pay like 300$ for check-up. Crazy . So unprofessional. They should notify us about changes they made. They should let us know that Dr.Kramer stopped accepting our insurance. But instead of that they sent a message "... looking forward to seeing you..." and even talking to my husband just confirmed an appointment. I drove about 25 min. one way to bring my little kid for check-up . They didn't even apologize. read more

I love Dr. Kramer and all his staff! He has been seeing my son since birth (preemie) and he is 4 y/o now. Dr. Kramer is loving and is super conservative when it comes to prescribing any type of medication. They do all tests in house so you get the results right away. He also accommodates any request to alter vaccine schedule. I adore Nurse Irma, she is super sweet, caring and answers all you questions. The whole team is exceptional! The office has been remodeled completely to have a modern look to it; always clean and organized. There is a comfortable parking area with enough spaces. We moved from Brickell to Kendall and I still take the long drive to see him, I wouldn't go anywhere else! read more

We love Dr. Kramer and Dr. Kimsey! They are patient and knowledgeable. I have always had kind interactions with his office staff. However, I go there for the doctors, not the environment... I do not like the office because there are no windows and the rooms are tiny. I feel like I am in a dungeon every time I go there. However, it is clean. I have a teenager and a young child. The office is definitely set up for little children. My teenager can't even lay down on the exam bed because it's too short. I wish it was more older child friendly. The wait time can also be very long, but not always - just like most pediatric doctor's offices in Miami unfortunately. I also wish there was a sick and a healthy kid waiting room, but the office is way too small for that.. I would give 5 stars if he moved his office somewhere bigger and brighter! read more

Dr. Kramer is an amazing pediatrician. If your child is sick , his staff will accommodate the schedule for you to bring your child the same day. He is big on not making any parent take their child to the ER unnecessarily. He runs his own blood work in office as well strep test and flu. He is very respectful when it comes to vaccination schedule. He always provides you with his recommendation but he will respect your decision as a parent. He is very knowledgeable and calm. One thing I love about Dr. Kramer is that he will answer your call at anytime. If you page him at 5am he will return your call. He really cares about his patients and has great resources of specialist if there is ever is a need. I wouldn't trust any other pediatrician with my child. read more

Dr Kramer is a good doctor but his office management seems to have changed and it's a madhouse. Minimum 1 hour waits and at times I've waited 90 minutes beyond the appt time just to be sent to an exam room to wait another 30-40 minutes. Staff has changed the purpose of our appts without telling me because "they thought it was best," the automated calls for appt confirmation don't work, and the after hours voice mail is often on during office hours. When we started a year ago, it was a great practice but I just can't trust my children's health (and my sanity) to such a poorly run, chaotic organization. It's a shame because we used to be really happy with Dr. Kramer's practice. read more

Dr. Kramer is fantastic. We just moved here from New York, and my expectations are very high. I was not sure that I'd be able to find someone of this quality after leaving the best doctors in New York. The office is very clean, and there are no dirty childrens' books and toys full of germs laying around. Irma, the nurse, is amazing and has an incredible memory, and touch with kids. Last time I was there, my 9 month old did not want to leave her arms. Dr. Kramer is very knowledgeable and answers all your questions. I highly recommend this office. read more

Oh boy where do I start. Dr Kramer is amazing, very caring and patient with the children. Made hospital visits late in the day. He is a great Doctor and if the staff (office manager) was anyone else and a bite more professional this review would be very different. The office is clean, rooms are a bit small. But the communication is the office and the office manager is the complete opposite. She is rude, short tempered, mean, angry all the time and loud. I will not be taking my kids here any more. Maybe it's time for Dr. Kramer who again is a great doctor get a new office manager to keep his patients. We called to reschedule because we changed insurance and new we should wait a few days. They insisted we come anyway after we told them Our situation. We get there and they refuse to see us without cutting a check for hundreds of dollars. When confronted w what we were told .
