I emailed back and said I didn't need to because I cancelled. Luke wrote me back a nasty little email. Not sure what I did to upset him. I wasn't even mad. (I am now) Maybe he should have better customer service and less of a bad attitude. So unprofessional. Everyone he works with that I've spoken to seems to hate working there. He seems like a real treat to work for. Please save your money and go to a different company. State Farm is known for scamming people out of money. But that came to an end when I was moving my family and I across states. When I got here, I knew I needed to move my info over to an office here. I was looking at reviews and found Carrie Welch's office. Let me tell you, I am so thankful to find her office. An unfortunate incident ( this is my 2nd claim with them, I'ved had some bad luck lately....) had happened to me on Saturday night, I am even too ashamed to publicly say what happened. Let alone have to call insurance to explain what happened to see if I'm even covered. So I called and spoke to Dominique. Dominique was very understanding, kind and professional about my situation. Told me not to worry about it, gave me a little pep talk, and to stop beating myself up over this incident. His kind and great attitude kept my hopes up. He expressed to me that It's a big oops, but not to worry that he will get working on it. He called me back and assured me that my incident was covered. Let me tell you, I was ecstatic about the news! It was like a massive weight was lifted off my chest and I could breathe again, not to mention that the sick to my stomach knot in my stomach subsided.
