But that came to an end when I was moving my family and I across states. When I got here, I knew I needed to move my info over to an office here. An unfortunate incident ( this is my 2nd claim with them, I'ved had some bad luck lately....) had happened to me on Saturday night, I am even too ashamed to publicly say what happened. Let alone have to call insurance to explain what happened to see if I'm even covered. So I called and spoke to Dominique. Dominique was very understanding, kind and professional about my situation. Told me not to worry about it, gave me a little pep talk, and to stop beating myself up over this incident. His kind and great attitude kept my hopes up. He expressed to me that It's a big oops, but not to worry that he will get working on it. He called me back and assured me that my incident was covered.
