When my car was stolen it was an incredibly stressful situation but Luke was there for me every step of the way and truly went above and beyond to help. He was always available answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything throughout the entire process. What meant the most was how much he genuinely cared. He didn't just treat me like a client he made me feel supported and looked out for during a really tough time. This has honestly been the best experience I've ever had with insurance. I know there is a lot of negativity around insurance agencies these days. I just want to say I've had Statefarm covering my home and vehicles for quite some time. In the event that I've needed assistance, Luke and his team have been very responsive and helpful. I don't think there is much they can do personally to prevent the rising costs of insurance but in my experience they have remained competitive in their pricing when you do break it down for best overall coverage and customer support. I appreciate that they reach out to review coverages and also let me know ahead of time if there is a rate increase. The communication is better than I've experienced anywhere else. read more

Not one time was I late because I pay it early.. and no, I cancelled. Spoke with Taylor as well when they reinstated my acct after asking to not transfer to my new car. Seems like yall had no problem keeping me and my business until I wanted to cancel and yall gave me the run around for a refund. Odd but okay buddy. Luke is an A**hole to put it nicely. Always a headache trying to get any any answers or help. I cancelled my insurance because he raised it 3 times on me since signing up. I asked to cancel and then they reinstated my insurance... I emailed the I spoke with like she asked me to and she didn't cancel it. I then had to call and a different person and they told me they would send a message to Luke. Then the original girl reached out 2 days later and said it was cancelled. I got an email a few hours later telling me I still needed to sign papers to reinstate my insurance. I emailed back and said I didn't need to because I cancelled. Luke wrote me back a nasty little email. Not sure what I did to upset him. I wasn't even mad. (I am now) Maybe he should have better customer service and less of a bad attitude. So unprofessional. Everyone he works with that I've spoken to seems to hate working there. He seems like a real treat to work for. Please save your money and go to a different company. State Farm is known for scamming people out of money. Luckily I didn't get into an accident but my friends have told me it's a nightmare to get any reimbursement's. Save your time and find better customer friendly places. Do better Luke. read more

After being with State Farm for over a decade our first ever claim was denied. Luke and his team refused to cover the theft of a bike because it was an e-bike. At some point in this past decade State Farm changed this policy but never updated any paperwork and no agent ever let us know. He then blamed us for not telling him when we replaced our old bikes with these new ebikes, even though they were the same value. He refused to credit our account or do anything other than explain how his team would talk about it at their meeting. (Cool?) A week of back and forth that was just disappointing and a waste of time. Don't trust him with your valuables. In the end, he doesn't care. read more

In contrast to any narrow review, my man's got not 4.8 stars from few reviews, but 5.0 stars from plenty of awesome reviews. Your needs, your discrepancies, or your concerns, he'll sit for hours and it's all for you. Searching, solving and toiling away, that's exactly what he did for me. He'll find something just right for you. This team of folks is absolutely amazing. Another insurance company decided to randomly double our rates so I needed help. I called Luke's office and spoke to Zach. He was so kind and understanding. He spent well over an hour with me on the phone, getting all the pertinent details. Then said he would get to work. He called me back (and emailed simultaneously) to discuss what he had come up with. He was able to not only get our rate back to where it should have been, but we also got twice the coverage. Every person I've spoken to in their office is knowledgeable and super kind. I am extremely disappointed with this agent Luke have never had this kind of runaround lieing experience in my entire life I have been trying for three months to adjust my policy to downgrade coverage, and Luke just asked me with the runaround that he's waiting and waiting for the underwriters. I was able to get through and it becomes a blaming game where they State Farm. Put it on my agent look and look put it on the underwriters and you can't get them out of this ping-pong game. Obviously it's not too his best interest to downgrade my coverage I'm guessing for commission reasons he receives from astronomical payment every month but it's really easy to adjust coverage if you add up your coverage. I have been patient for three months and I have been getting charged every month of $40 fee for a policy change and I've only changed it once and I still kept getting charged for that and he has no solution other than Lies upon lies always the same underwriter excuse of course cause you can't get a hold of underwriters. We live in a society with everything is done with click on the button and look over reviews. Other people claim their adjustments and changes were done very swiftly. I don't even know why I ended up with the agent being San Antonio. I am gonna be very vocal in every social media platform until they stop stealing my money read more
