I don't leave a review often, but I had an amazing experience at Gary's shop. I was in a bad car crash and my car was not drivable. I did not have a collision insurance (learned the lesson hard way), and I thought it was going to be way over $10,000 to fix it (it was a german car, so expensive parts) but he had a work around and quoted me a much better deal to save the car. He was so honest throughout the entire process (like he even showed his mark-up lol) and treated me very well. Even though I decided to salvage the car at the end, he let me leave my car at his shop for a few days until the tow truck comes. Gary's a good guy. Especially as a young girl, it can be intimidating to deal with getting car repairs, but Gary is such a good guy, and is so transparent about what he's doing and what the prices are. I had to get the front bumper redone due to paint peeling off from efforts trying to remove the front carbon fiber splitter (which the BMW dealer had glued onto the bumper ... genius). Well I'm back again. Unfortunately my wife had the grill on her car damaged while she was driving. I took it to the dealership since I figured they would be able to replace it without any problem. I bought the part and brought it to them. They informed me that I needed to have a body shop fix it. According to them, the bumper would probably have to be replaced or reconditioned. Was in an accident, insurance company wanted me to use Valencia Auto Body. Left it there. Didn't trust them. Looked on Yelp and saw Gary's reviews and told insurance company I was changing shops. I never even met Gary until the end...faith! Gary couldn't have been nicer on the phone. He had it towed to his shop immediately. Not only did he actually save the insurance company money by $700 he returned my car to me looking Beautiful. He also said the battery needed charging and insurance company wouldn't pay for a new one...so he bought it for me himself.
