Gary is soo sweet and welcoming. He wanted to fix my mirror and take care of business after, so I waited to pay until after he was all done putting my new mirror on. The paint used on the mirror was a bit darker than the paint on my car but you can't tell unless you really look. I couldn't be more satisfied with the employees and the owner Gary, with the craftsmanship of work done on repainting my bumper on my BMW. I had some custom repairs that I needed in the interior of a mobility minivan (with a ramp for wheelchair roll-in) that I am selling. Gary was able to design a solution to repair and improve the loose manual ramp, plus he was able to make some necessary adjustments to a seat base for which I could not locate a custom conversion replacement part. My local mobility van dealer had not even offered to do this work, instead leaving me to find someone like Gary to do it. I will always come to Gary now for any auto body work. Edit based on Gary's comment: 2012 Dodge Challenger black with driver side quarter panel damage. Initial repair was June 2016, and redone August 2016. First off, Gary is a super nice guy - very welcoming, answers your questions, and very honest. I have a black car and spent a good portion of my younger years around the auto body business, so I told him I would be picky. He walked me through every step of how the repair would be performed. I had a few shops quote my repair last year, and it was all the great reviews here that also led me to Gary. While the body work repair on the car is excellent, unfortunately I have not had the same luck as everyone else with the paint work quality. After the initial repair, there were fish eye issues and issues with paint on the bumper. He quickly acknowledged it wasn't right and had me bring it back to redo the paint work. The second time took about a week longer than estimated (I believe he said due to the Sand fire at the time) - about a month after the repair I noticed fish eyes again and repaired scratch that could seen under the finish. I tried placing a couple of calls to discuss and was told Gary would call back but never did - I decided to let it go. Now months later, its noticeable where the paint is thin and wearing on the side edges of the back window. In the end, I will probably have to pay another shop redo the paint work for a third time, which is really disappointing. read more
