When I came in person he reduced the actual price to reflect the quote he gave me over the phone. He gave me a thorough description about how they would restore my hood to its original condition. I was recommended to Gary's shop by Autoskinz. I own an E92 M3 Coupe Lime Rock Edition (200 made) which has a very unique Fire Orange color to it. I had to get the front bumper redone due to paint peeling off from efforts trying to remove the front carbon fiber splitter (which the BMW dealer had glued onto the bumper ... genius). Well I'm back again. Unfortunately my wife had the grill on her car damaged while she was driving. I took it to the dealership since I figured they would be able to replace it without any problem. I bought the part and brought it to them. They informed me that I needed to have a body shop fix it. According to them, the bumper would probably have to be replaced or reconditioned. So, I came to Gary and without hesitation, after going over my situation, he immediately had one of his mechanics install the parts. He is my hero again! I have written my share of negative reviews...but equally important on a rare occasion something very positive. That is Gary's! Was in an accident, insurance company wanted me to use Valencia Auto Body. Left it there. Didn't trust them. Looked on Yelp and saw Gary's reviews and told insurance company I was changing shops. I never even met Gary until the end...faith! Gary couldn't have been nicer on the phone. He had it towed to his shop immediately. Not only did he actually save the insurance company money by $700 he returned my car to me looking Beautiful. He also said the battery needed charging and insurance company wouldn't pay for a new one...so he bought it for me himself. Nice man. Gave me a good deal to fix a car bumper here but when the car was picked up, there was damage done to the blind spot sensors because they don't work anymore and they were working perfectly fine before taking it here. I had some custom repairs that I needed in the interior of a mobility minivan (with a ramp for wheelchair roll-in) that I am selling. Gary was able to design a solution to repair and improve the loose manual ramp, plus he was able to make some necessary adjustments to a seat base for which I could not locate a custom conversion replacement part.
