I called and spoke to Frank the owner and he was very professional, knew exactly where my storage place was and we arranged a date to meet. 4 guys showed up, all in company shirts, very polite! These guys were amazing, I immediately felt comfortable having OnTime take it from there. They also arrived in 2 trucks with company name professionally on their trucks! These guys were so careful with everything and protected floors, doors and never tried to take a shortcut. I also felt they were very reasonable in what they charged. After moving in, we noticed the grout in the high traffic areas in the kitchen and bathroom were very dirty and almost a brown color. We used Unique Touch for carpet cleaning in our prior home and reached out to them for tile and grout cleaning. I must admit we were very skeptical as to whether or not the grout could be restored to its original color. Mike assured us it could be cleaned and stopped by for a sample cleaning. After cleaning 2 or 3 tiles along with the grout, we were amazed at how good it looked. We hired Mike from Unique Touch on the spot. Mike and his team showed up 2 days later and spent 4 hours cleaning our grout and tile throughout the entire house, minus 2 bedrooms which are carpeted. I couldn't believe how disrespectful he was to me and my son in front of a young kid who was excited about learning something new. The last thing he said to me was that my kid has communication problems. He had his expert opinion on my kid within 20 minutes of meeting him. I didn't realize we were going to see a psychologist and not a piano instructor.

What he didn't know was one pic captured the clock on the living room wall was indicating it was 1:50 AM because it was pitch dark outside thru the living room window. This young man was still on the job 'Getting R Done' I'm guessing Cole to be around 25-30 years old and if more of our youth worked this hard our country would be so much better off. His professional skills were EXCELLENT and his eye to detail was also EXCELLENT. He basically did this big job all by himself and I am very pleased with his work. I was lucky to get Cole from Rapid Dry but better yet Rapid Dry is lucky to have a man that loves to work. He never even stopped for lunch, just kept on going.
