After moving in, we noticed the grout in the high traffic areas in the kitchen and bathroom were very dirty and almost a brown color. We used Unique Touch for carpet cleaning in our prior home and reached out to them for tile and grout cleaning. I don't think you can go wrong with these guys. They care about their work and it shows. After 16 years of indifferent care, my 2300+ sq feet of travertine and marble needed full restoration. This involves grinding and polishing with abrasive diamond disks and a great deal of time--a full week in my case. They do all the finishing details including touching up cracks and grout voids. There are not enough superlatives to describe how happy I am with Unique Touch's results on the marble floors as well as the marble vanity tops in the 4 baths of a home we moved into about a year ago and had been improving ever since. Found Mike and he came in and provided an estimate, but also educated me in what can be done to bring the floors back to its former glory and found tiny holes in the grout that I didn't notice, which he also fixed.
