They were extremely careful at the pickup house, and the former organ owner was well pleased with the care Frank and Dale took with the organ and her house. 100% great experience with Frank Schafer, owner of MIM. Arranged in advance of course, Frank arrived at the location to pick up my new piano at the precise scheduled moment. He texted me 30 min in advance to keep me informed. I don't know how, but he and his helper ably managed the move to my home of this 6'1" Yamaha grand. It was obvious from the first minute that these guys are super experienced. They carefully inspected the piano both before and after the move, wrapped it fully in quilted movers blankets, secured it thoroughly inside the vehicle, and handled it with great care the entire time. Oh, and did I mention that they are also both super nice guys? They are! They had come highly recommended from my piano technician/tuner, Herb Bridgman and I could not have been more pleased.
