So then after some going back and forth she schedules me for another day, we come back that day and everything goes smooth for the most part. Then I schedule for my next appointment that happens to be on a Tuesday at 11:00am. When I didn't receive a confirmation call i figured I'd call since I didn't want to make the long drive again for them to tell me that the appointment got cancelled. So I call and immediately I could tell something was off. The lady on the phone says "oh that's weird that you would Have an appointment on Tuesday when Tuesday's are just surgery days" I then proceeded to tell her that yea weird because why do I have it on my calendar and why had no one called to cancel my appointment. She just kept saying "that's weird" okay. At the end of the phone call she says that they are actually not taking Medicaid right now because they just got a new provider and they need her to get approved for Medicaid and that it was going to take a very long time. After she goes back there they finish quick. I'm a little annoyed because they used to have another site closer to me but the moved it and made it one location. Guess covid messed up a good thing.
