So I call and immediately I could tell something was off. The lady on the phone says "oh that's weird that you would Have an appointment on Tuesday when Tuesday's are just surgery days" I then proceeded to tell her that yea weird because why do I have it on my calendar and why had no one called to cancel my appointment. She just kept saying "that's weird" okay. At the end of the phone call she says that they are actually not taking Medicaid right now because they just got a new provider and they need her to get approved for Medicaid and that it was going to take a very long time.
