After meeting him and getting the advice about our water heater, we really wanted to have him demo our bathroom and replace a 1930's floor pan in our shower this fall. Too bad really.

Background: We purchased a major fixer-upper in late April and needed to be fully moved in by August. We acted as our own Designer and Project Manager, and coordinated the scope and the schedules of all of the sub-contractors. Adrian was extremely helpful in guiding us through all of our options, and was really flexible with our tight timing. Adrian installed new copper piping throughout the house, installed a new energy efficient water heater, and corrected the previous owner's non-code compliant pipe routing throughout the house. Adrian also installed the new kitchen sink trim, connected the refrigerator waterline, gas range, and dishwasher, and upgraded our 2 bathrooms. This included installing all new trim for both bathrooms, a new bathtub and and new shower, and relocating a toilet and vanity and related plumbing to optimize space in our small master bath. He also created connections for our washer and gas dryer. We were extremely impressed by Adrian's attention to detail and work ethic! We did a lot of research in advance of starting our project and his recommendations were always right in line with our findings. They quoted me 14,000$ for a leak I had repaired by another company for ONLY $1,200 . That's nuts…read more The scope of work I needed was greatly exaggerated by " DISCOUNT" plumbing ! I 100% beg you not to go with this company. The word "discount" in their company name is the EXACT OPPOSITE!! I had a small slow leak in my unused shower that backed up to my closet - it took me quite a long time to identify it. It had caused "electrolysis" Bettina to my copper pipes which was immediately obvious to my other estimates yet discount's estimator couldn't tell me if the leak was from a sink or shower pipe despite the obvious greened copper . SMH they overcharge and wanted to charge 1000$ k just to cut open a 42x30 piece of Sheetrock to access the pipe - This group of owners bought the business from the original owners a few years back, maybe inherited the yelp score +/or good will reputation.... but I experienced other wise. My entire repair was on par with just the access cost with discount plumbing.
