I placed a mobile order, waited 10 minutes past the time they said it was going to be ready only to come in and find that they didn't have it. I had to redo my order on the kiosk, and wait for them to make it again. This is becoming problematic and consistent. Most of staff is not on the same page. All staff are friendly and the food is good. I want to keep coming back but they're not making it easy.

Valero's rewards membership is also pretty decent. You earn points on purchases that can be redeemed for pretty much anything they sell, including gas. I've been hoarding mine and haven't used any yet. I prefer Valero's gasoline over the alternatives and they're considered a "top tier retailer" alongside Chevron and Shell. I love this place! There's just one problem. The manager(s). I've been coming long here long enough to have encountered two of them. I'm assuming the previous manager left, because I don't see her anymore. She was hostile and I wasn't particularly sad to see her go. However, she pales in comparison to her replacement. The current manager is rude, impatient, and generally difficult to deal with.
