This is by all means the worst gas station carwash. They really expect you to pay $40 a month. They do not dry off the vehicle. They don't vacuum the vehicle. I recently purchased a car wash on August 28th and I've been in the hospital since September 6 and the girl refused to give me a refund and I don't even believe that I used the car wash for one time. She told me because I canceled multiple times I have the right to cancel because the car wash is not worth $40 and because I had a major procedure. I was unable to cancel like I do every other month. So if you get this car wash, please read the fine print because they are full of shit and the car wash. And everything else that comes with the aint worth 40 fucking dollars. read more

I absolutely love these gas stations and car washes. I travel a lot for work and I have the unlimited car wash. There's never a line. It cleans the car perfectly have to dry it a little bit but that's OK doesn't scratch other parts are in working order, and the attendance are very friendly. The gas station itself is cleaned, well stocked, quick and carries a variety of selections. They have an excellent reward program to give you discounts. I am a big fan. read more

I would be happy with any gas station here, but this is a car wash, a Dunkin Donuts, and a frequent buyer card that saves you money on gas the more you buy. Losing lottery tickets can be put towards a drawing for a free dinner at Cooper's Hawk. The best part is there is never a line for a pump... for now. They even have a pet wash! I came here last week just because I needed a place for a pit stop for lunch. This place also has a drive through for the Dunkin Donuts section. There's a big space for trucks to fuel up. Car wash area as well as a dog wash! Inside is really great; it's clean, organized and feels really positive inside. Tons of stuff to choose from, even sell Bang energy drinks! Bathrooms are clean, staff is friendly. What more can I ask from a place! read more

Would you like a free hole in your bumper with that car wash? That's what I got. I went in to get my car washed-mind you it had about 1-2 inch small crack and has been through dozens of car washes--not here- at other providers. When it came out, had a gaping hole in my bumper--take a look at the lovely photo of how it came out. I pointed out to one of the attendants that part of my bumper was gone-sure enough they went back in and brought it out to me. In addition to ripping a hole in my bumper, it left several dings in my paint all on the passenger side. And the vacuums don't have the strong suction other places do. When I spoke with Len about it, his response was there's nothing we can do about it.I filed a police report and am now filing a claim with Allstate. I only wanted them to do the right thing. I like that you have to walk through the "Beer Cave" to get to the bathroom. I think it's funny. Their bathroom is clean, I guess. But it's updated with a super strong hand dryer! Their vacuum services are clean and they have a machine to clean your car mats! I've never seen that before, so that was a nice perk. Plus, the car wash is only $3. Probably best gas station I've ever been to. read more

Gas n Wash in Mokena has dishonest people working their car wash. A young man approached my car while I was selecting my wash, saying he can get me a top-tier wash for only $9.95. Thankfully, I saw that the promotion for the month was a $9.95/month for the first month when I sign up for a subscription. I called him out on his BS pitch, and he admitted that it was for the subscription, even though he told me that it was just one-time special, and that all he needed was my credit card and to take me back to the home screen. How dare anyone approach unwitting customers, entrapping them into a wildly expensive wash subscription. How many people has this young man swindled into these subscriptions already?? Will never come back and spend even a dime at Gas n Wash ANYWHERE. I have many friends in the Mokena/Tinley that know about this dishonesty all over social media. I have never ever taken the time to write a review, however with last nights experience I find a need to let everyone just how rude and unprofessional the girl behind the counter name Nicola was. I had stopped in to unwind from a long day as a sometimes do. After awhile the guy playing the machines asked me to watch it for him, next thing I know I heard loud screaming and yelling in the store actually was a bit scared! I didn't know what was going on. The gentlemen came back and sat down and the next thing I know Nicola comes up to me extremely agitated raising her voice and asking what I thought was.... Do you want a free drink and I told her no I already have a coffee. She then starts raising her voice at the guy, saying see I told you I've been here 6 years then walks away yelling WE ONLY GIVE FREE CAR WASHES! I asked him what was that all about and the guy tells me about the free drinks and he's always received free drink except when she is there. Mind you the guy dropped about 1,200 so the drink would of not been free by no means. Then he asked me why I told her no. So I explained I misunderstood her. I then went up to the counter to speak to her and I asked her what she asked me, she then told me with a raised voice and pointing her finger I asked you have you ever received free drinks which I replied yes and even received a free lotto ticket and a slice of pizza. She spins around and starts yelling at me about the free stuff and who gave you that, they need to get fired. I tell her the owner you can ask another girl who works there( not giving her name) By then she's screaming and yelling and talking over you not letting you explain anything so I shook my head and just walked away sat down and started to play the machines. She must of thought I left because the next thing I hear her screaming and telling the other women behind the counter who the F#@# does she think she is and something about you'll have my back right. I then went up very calmly and asked for a card and the owners name and her name, again she got all agitated wrote down the wrong number ( it was to another gas station and not cooperate , When I called they gave me the correct #) I asked her again to please provide her name and she responds I heard you the first time B#!%h. This place kind of creeps me out and it still gets 4 stars! I almost never pass by here, but when I do I find myself stopping (often times just because). It's usually easy to get in and out quickly. I will say that the inside is very bizarre. I get the feeling some people literally hang out in here all day long. They have slot machines that are always packed! The DD closes way earlier than most. This place is everything a gas station should strive to be. they have a large selection of everything. Fresh Beggars Pizza is one interesting thing along with the fact they have a Dunkin Donuts there also. Going outside if you get gas at the pump you get a discount on the $10 and $12 washes (come out to be $2 off, so $8 and $10) they also come with a 24 hour rain guarantee, which i take advantage of all the time. Their wash system also has a monthly package where you get unlimited washes (truly unlimited). Free vacuums are also the deal closer. Every time you drive buy for $3 extra you can get a clean car. Gas is generally the cheapest in town, and if you have some free time check this place out. read more

Don't go here unless you are willing to pay for damages to your car! The new Homer Glen location tore the entire rear wiper arm up on my car (not just the wiper blade but the entire mechanism). Going to cost me $60 for the part not including labor. I went to the manager. He showed me on their website where it says they won't pay for damaged wipers and other car parts. To top off a bad experience, to get to the manager's office in the rear of the building, I had to walk through several inches of mud under snow. No sidewalk shoveled. My new boots are a muddy mess and going to take at least an hour to clean! So disappointed as I was really looking forward to having this so close to home. read more

Gas n Wash was the most exciting thing to happen to me on my MLK day! I was first greeted by a young man who helped me navigate the long wash lines and options, and even discussed sports with me! Go Hawks! After pulling into the actual car was, I was surprised to find quite the light show waiting for me. A+ for entertainment. I've never encountered a car wash so extravagant. 10/10 would do again. Car looks great, all parts remained intact. I also made it a point to stop inside for a cup of coffee. On my way out the door, I was drawn toward the slot machines. After waiting about 15 minutes for my seat at the machine, I found myself in a trance. I ultimately ended up losing quite a bit of money, but enjoyed the experience nonetheless. The beer cave is also worth a look! You could really make a day here. read more

Really nice place. Always clean. My card was recently copied there and somehow my bank account was emptied. I believe they have been targeted by scammers who put extra card readers in the pumps. I have talked to a few other people and they have told me the same thing. If you get gas here I urge you to pre pay inside. the actually wash is ok albeit that it has knock off parts of my car, fortunately i saw the damage before leaving and was able to get the parts back, but just getting into the wash is a problem for me, being a "member" i get a special lane but that lane seems to be not working more then it works, so the attendant tels me to back up and use another lane, madding to say the least this has happen to me at least 6 -7 times in the last dozen washes. i will probably quit this wash and go somewhere else they aint that good any longer. read more

Although I am still a happy VIP car wash user, its important for me to let everyone know that you are being ripped off on gas purchases, if you get anything other than normal 87 unleaded!!!! Their 87 gas is priced competitively, but 93 octane is marked up alot vs local competitors, only hoping people wont notice. Last time I was there, they were charging almost .50 cents more than local stations for 93 and it was almost a full dollar more, per gallon, for the 93 than the 87....I guess rich people don't notice or care, but I sure felt taken for when I noticed and just wished it didn't take me 9 months figure it out. Won't go back went thru car wash and when it came out I had grease swirls on the drivers side. I contacted the tenant and he didn't even come out to look just said I can run it thru again well guess what marks are still there. Went back next day to speak with manager he looked at it and said looks like tire shine well ok maybe but it wasn't there when I went into car wash for the first time and I didn't drive anywhere before I found the marks only to the vacuums. I said it probably would brush off so the manager pointed me to the buckets (I didn't put the marks there but I guess if I want them gone it's my responsibility) he said after I brushed it it can go thru the wash again no charge only problem is he left me in line without activating the no charge for the wash.. read more

We got an amazing car wash. Our car was very clean. I would recommend it to everyone. The inside of the store is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. Dunkin Donuts is always a good treat. We also bought Cooper's Hawk wine. You need to try out the hand dryer in the washroom. It is a very nice place with a lot of convenience items. I am sure that they will do well. read more
