Don't be fooled by the exterior, the interior is actually really well maintained, bright, clean, and organized. There are a ton of smoke shops here in Lebanon and they all look shady on the outside, Evolve definitely stands out in appearance. The guy working was helpful and was cool to talk with. We ended up getting three vape pens to try something new out. I've never seen a mushroom pen before so I'm excited to try this out next weekend (never on a work night). Our total came out to be about $60 for the three, mine being the most expensive at $30. Hopefully TN can realize someday that they can make major profit off of legalizing the good stuff with high taxes...one day. I hope.

I placed an online order around the holidays. Got an email that my order was confirmed but after 10…read moredays I hadn't received an update so I emailed them. I figured with it being around and then after Christmas it may take some time but no one responded. Another week went by and I sent another email inquiring when I could expect it but still no response. I then sent an email asking if I could get a list of locations they ship to (I am an out of state customer, the website didn't mention shipping limitations but I figured maybe that was a factor). I finally got a response from an iPhone but it only said, "what state are you shipping to", nothing else. It was a bit unprofessional to me but I sent what state and then didn't hear anything else. I kind of assumed I had been scammed but a few days later I got a shipping notification. Cool, fine, I'm not that pressed as long as I got my paid product. My package came but now I see it's not what I ordered. Very annoying. I could have overlooked the lackluster customer service, but then to see that I wasn't sent what I bought on top of it maybe me write this review. Not sure if it's worth it to email again to say my order was wrong when no one answers anyway.
