I asked around and multiple folks said Gaspar's is good, except I wanted craft sausage from a mom & pop. Was finally told to check out Butcher Shop. Called and confirmed they made in house and ordered 20 lbs on the spot. Great people, asked how I wanted it made (spicy) and when I needed it. Stopped on way to Providence airport from the Cape and was blown away when I walked in the store. Such delicious smells, what an amazing spread of prepared foods - and so much more. Then the magic moment arrived, and the box appeared. Words can't describe the delicious aroma, it looked fantastic and all I needed to do was get it home safely. This was a few days ago and I've eaten it every day since - turns out 20 lbs wasn't really enough (thankfully they will ship). Hands down the best linguiça I've ever had and one of the best sausages I've ever eaten. This place is the real deal. Wonderful people. Do yourself a favor and check them out.
