The work was completed on my bumper and it looked okay. When I got home. I walked around my car and checked everything out. That is when I noticed there was paint residue on my new back tires and the lip of my rear alloy rim was bent. I know it was damaged by someone at Olenders because I had just checked my tire pressure the day before, and my rim was fine. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Olenders. You could bring your vehicle in to have one thing fixed, and end up leaving with something else damaged. Now I have to pay extra to have my alloy rim fixed or replaced.

We just got our car back (3rd time here over a period of several years). Previously, they replaced a rear panel and bumper on a Subaru after I carelessly backed into a handicap ramp's rail. The car has a non-standard color, and in his estimate he neglected to take the extra cost into account. Despite his error, he honored his original estimate. I don't remember what the first visit was for (several years ago), but our regular service station recommended them. I'm very glad they did.
