They were courteous, respectful, very quick and thorough. They repaired my Subaru, worked with the insurance company ( the value of the quote) and made it look as if nothing had happened to it. They even detailed inside of my car and replaced the cover on the driver side seat that I told them that would pay out of pocket for because it was not part of the accident but they fixed it anyways with no charge. Steven Litwin is the shop Foreman and handled everything professionally and was very pleasant to work with. I hope my car is never damaged again but if it is it will only go to Steben's.

Once the parts were in, I dropped off the car and, after an estimated 11 business days of work, I got the call 8 business days in that it was ready. Like a new car.
