I pulled out of a parking spot at the CVS in Manchester and a 5 inch protruding railroad spike in a yellow concrete barrier ripped the bottom of my bumper shield. I reported it to CVS and even pulled out the 12 inch spike to show them. The whole thing was irresponsible and dangerous. Then I needed to get it fixed. I cannot say enough good things about Bolton Collision Repair. Astounding service, amazing prices, extremely flexible! This must be the best body shop in the state, I'm not kidding. The owner is wonderful to deal with, very friendly, understanding, honest, and he went out of his way to reduce costs (to my dismay I found out that my insurance company would not pay anything - long story lol). The repaired vehicle is a 2017 Infiniti QX50 which slid off the road during a snowstorm and went into a ditch on the side of the road. The headlights stopped working but at first glance the body damage seemed pretty minor and superficial, but then I found out that there was actually extensive damage underneath the car. Pretty much everything in the front end got pushed inward and upward from underneath. At first I got a cost estimate from another body shop near me - about $7-9k I believe, which was way more than I had expected. Then my aunt recommended Bolton Collision Repair, so I went there instead and right away I had a good feeling. The owner took care to emphasize that the parts needed for the repair were very hard to source and thus it would take quite a while to complete, but thankfully I was in no rush. Anyway, let me get to the point - sorry for rambling! Today I got a call saying that the car was ready to be picked up - earlier than I was expecting! The next pleasant surprise was the final cost - less than I expected, considering the immense amount of time and effort that was involved in sourcing the parts and doing the work - actually a little bit under the original $7-9k estimate from the other shop. Very impressive. The owner knows how to find the most talented mechanics, and he truly takes pride in his business and customer satisfaction. I will never recommend another body shop again - this is the best one around, bar none. They do exceptional work. Every step of the way the owner goes out of his way to explain everything to ensure that the customer fully understands the entire process - he's awesome, he really cares, and he'll even do his best to reduce costs without cutting corners, regardless of the fact that it's neither easy nor cheap to run an ethical business like this one! I have gotten three vehicles from this dealership and they have been so great. Dave is one of the best people to know in the car world. I bought my first vehicle and totaled it- I was able to have it towed there and other than that it was a great used car. There was a faulty tire pressure sensor in one of the tires and I had to go to a shop to get it fixed- where they covered the cost. My second car had a couple minor issues but if something happened he covered the cost of everything. He was very understanding of the fact that I needed a lower cost car and he specifically went out to the auction to find me one. My third vehicle operates perfectly fine, it is a 10 year old car and there was one issue with the sunroof that Dave repaired for me and as someone who has a very slim wallet that is HUGE for me. I have recommended this place to so many people and as a college student it's very reasonable and very budget friendly :) 10/10 place, they treat you like family, it's such a welcoming atmosphere. read more

I just picked up my car from getting repair work done after a fender bender. Not only was the work done EARLY, but my car was SPOTLESS when I picked it up. (Trust me, as the mother of a 9 month-old, it was nasty when I dropped it off) The staff at Bolton Collision are wonderful. They are friendly, pleasant, responsive to questions , and took their time with me both times I came in. My insurance covered the cost of the repair work, but the price I was quoted was very reasonable. If I was paying for the work myself, I would still have chosen to get it done here. In addition, I was given a loaner car which was in excellent condition and had a LATCH system for my daughter's car seat. Above everything, the work was completed early and looks amazing - I JUST dropped off my vehicle yesterday morning and was able to pick it up this afternoon. Friendly and knowledgeable, he gets the job done right......the first time. Never a need to return for something missed. I got my 2002 Escalade EXT truck back after much needed rust repair and other scratches I wanted removed. I went on vacation the day after getting it back and my friends who saw it couldn't get over how "perfect" it was. Nowhere could they tell where Dave painted and blended in the new paint to the old paint. I was proud. I couldn't be happier. I got my baby back.......and it looks like new ! Some years ago I had body work done to our car, after it was rearended. It too was just PERFECT. Another time a few years ago I had rust repair on our car and the work couldn't be better.
