Since that initial phone call, I relied heavily on their services to take care of my dad. Everything from spending a few hours running errands and socializing with him to handling transportation to routine doctor appointments. Trent truly meets his mission of ensuring his customers are treated as if they were his own grandparents. On several occasions, when he did not have enough staff, he would show up and take care of my dad's needs himself. You have to respect and admire the kind of business owner that is willing to roll up their sleeves and do the work when needed. During my search, I have realized that most of the agencies have dealt with difficult situations from their own pasts, which seems to create a certain familiarity.. They try their best to match their professionals with the needs of the patient. They are flexible with shift change requests and respond immediately if there are questions or issues with their service. This group can also bill direct to CalPERS Long term care which makes it easy to handle billing. This group charges a slightly higher hourly rate than some other local health care groups but, I find their service and caliber of health care provider is worth every penny.
