If you are looking for a place that will treat its residents with respect, love and understanding - look no further! Set in a beautiful residential area, this home feels like just that, a home. Meticulous attention has been paid to every detail so that residents can relax, enjoy themselves, and live their lives without feeling like they are in a sterile institution. The staff are warm, friendly, and highly skilled. In a world in which the elderly are increasingly marginalized and neglected, All Seasons is an oasis of compassion and appreciation. They do not see their residents as clients, occupants or income streams - they see them as people, people with stories to tell, dignity to honor, and individuality to be appreciated and accommodated. I cannot recommend this home highly enough. If you or a loved one is in the season of life where increased care is necessary, then you must call Toly and Mary at All Seasons. It's that simple.

I can't say enough good things about All Seasons. First I will start with Toly the owner . From the time I reached out, he was attentive, communicative and kind. He spent so much time with me, easing my fears and worries that we would find the right place for my dad. He kept me updated all along the way with the waiting process. And he gave me such good advice during the time we were waiting for a spot to open up for my dad. I will never forget the kindness and compassion and dignity he showed our family along the entire process. Second, Lauren, the house manager at the home my dad was in. From day one, she came alongside my dad-really wanting to know him, to understand him, and to help him thrive during his time at All Seasons. Her care and love for dementia patients and their families is second to none. I was constantly amazed at not only her patience and kindness towards my dad (who was very difficult a lot of time) but also to us as his family who were trying to navigate the difficult behaviors and circumstances surrounding his disease. We will forever be indebted with gratitude that my dad had Lauren as his caregiver and advocate for the last part of his life. Also, Hector, Lilly, Melissa and so many more. All the caregiver at All Seasons seemed to be called to care for these special patients. My dad had previously been in a large memory care. For everyone there-it was a job and only that. Not at All Seasons. They hire only those who truly care about patients living with dementia. As a nurse of 28 years, I can whole heartedly recommend All Seasons for your loved one with dementia.

I've never met anyone so confused before. Confused about everything I said from my medical needs to where to park at my house. To top it all off she terminated all of my services including my ability to order the supplies I need. I never asks her to cancel anything especially the supplies I need.

Our health care provider gave us a list so I hopped on Yelp and took a look at some reviews. This one had such a high rating I had to read through the other reviews to be sure, but this was our first choice and we got it! This is not what I am used to in larger healthcare settings, but I am so glad that they aren't some super excessively large entity because the personal service we received was out of this world! Literally could not have asked for anything better in caring for our family. It started with our provider reaching out to their offices, shortly after that calls started coming in to deliver the bed and supplies (they use Hospice Source for equipment delivery - will pen another review for them specifically). Once we figured out what they do and don't provide we hopped on Amazon for anything else we didn't already have so we could be thoroughly prepared for our loved ones care. Intake Nurse was at our home shortly after our family member came home from the hospital. They hand you and informational booklet (handy way to keep everything organized and sorted) with homework assignments already inside for the funeral arrangements, general definitions, even a spot to write your entire care teams name and number so everyone in the home has access, etc. We even received a blue card to place on the fridge for contact information for our care team! Our private team was 2 nurses, an aide, social worker, chaplain and even a couple on-call/after hours nurses as needed too. Every one of these staff members we were assigned were absolutely phenomenal! Supreme service all around, if I had my own company I would extend each and every person that came in a job offer. They were THAT good. Hospice work is very tough to continuously be with people at often their lowest point or right before they pass away. With all the heightened emotions of the patient, family and their own personal lives.. you can imagine this is often a thankless job. We expressed our gratitude thoroughly to every one of our staff and I am writing this review to tell anyone reading to have some patience, compassion, and grace. THANK YOU Advanced Home Health & Hospice. No offense, but I hope I never need you again. If I do, you will be the first team I call or recommend to anyone in your service area.
