During my search, I have realized that most of the agencies have dealt with difficult situations from their own pasts, which seems to create a certain familiarity.. I know it will be challenging trying to find the right agency, and finding the right caregiver that will want to help us out on the weekends.. I can't say enough good things about All Seasons. First I will start with Toly the owner . From the time I reached out, he was attentive, communicative and kind. He spent so much time with me, easing my fears and worries that we would find the right place for my dad. He kept me updated all along the way with the waiting process. And he gave me such good advice during the time we were waiting for a spot to open up for my dad. I will never forget the kindness and compassion and dignity he showed our family along the entire process. Second, Lauren, the house manager at the home my dad was in. From day one, she came alongside my dad-really wanting to know him, to understand him, and to help him thrive during his time at All Seasons. Her care and love for dementia patients and their families is second to none. I was constantly amazed at not only her patience and kindness towards my dad (who was very difficult a lot of time) but also to us as his family who were trying to navigate the difficult behaviors and circumstances surrounding his disease.
