I appreciate his practice of reviewing previous results with me before we move towards next steps. I never feel rushed during my appointments with him and I do feel that he listens to any concerns I raise. I feel confident that he is familiar with my situation and that he is following up appropriately. I trust my G.I. health to him and have referred a friend to him. I highly recommend Dr Abousaif.

It took an entire month just to get on the schedule. When I finally arrived for my appointment, I ended up waiting longer to be seen than the actual visit itself. To make matters worse, I was never informed ahead of time that I would be seeing a nurse practitioner instead of the doctor. The visit felt extremely rushed--about five minutes total--and consisted of only a few questions before they immediately jumped to recommending an endoscopy. There was no real effort to explore other options or properly monitor what might be going on. When I asked for an alternative, they sent me for additional testing, but weeks went by without any communication about my results. My results were never sent to my referred PCP, and my follow-up appointment was scheduled two months out. I found that unacceptable, as I expected to be informed of my results well before then. I ended up calling the office myself, had to leave a voicemail, and didn't receive a call back for several days. When they finally did return my call, they had me confirm my identity but still refused to provide me with my own results. To make matters worst when I asked to fax it to my PCP that referred me there they even needed me to provide the fax number. Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. The lack of communication, long wait times, and poor patient care were unacceptable. Please save yourself the trouble and find a better office that truly cares about your health.

I have been a patient at this office for a few years now and have nothing but praise for them all. I feel I received excellent care and Dr. Najarian has a good bedside manor. The office area is large, people come and go, it seems to me at a good pace. I only had to wait 7 minutes to go in my room and 9 minutes to see the doctor. I call that great timing.
