We spoke, and I could truly see how eager she was to understand my concerns and work on improving her practice. That alone deserves a 100 in my book. At first, I considered removing my original post, but instead I decided to update it. I'm a person of principle, and I believe it's important to recognize when people genuinely care about their behavior and the quality of service they provide. I have agreed to move forward with the treatment (though I haven't started yet). They provided crystal-clear instructions for my colonoscopy prep, which I completed the day prior. The procedure itself took place at a convenient facility just down the street. Although they were quite busy on the day of my procedure, resulting in a slightly longer visit, the efficiency, care, and dedication of the entire team were outstanding.
