The app only allowed me to choose a follow up appointment, this was in response to test results from my primary care provider. If the system wasn't supposed to let me do that, that's an issue on their end, not mine. I drove over 50 minutes to this appointment, only to get a call in the parking lot telling me they didn't know how I was able to schedule and that I shouldn't have made the appointment the way I did. Instead of listening or troubleshooting, the front desk staff kept arguing with me and insisting I booked it wrong even after I explained that their own app allowed it. It was frustrating and honestly felt very dismissive. This was especially disappointing because I was referred here by my primary care provider, so I came in expecting a smooth and professional experience. On top of that, I had been waiting for some time. someone from the office was supposed to call me to schedule in the first place, and no one ever did. When I called myself, I was told I would get a callback...which never happened. At that point, I decided it was better to leave and find another office. The front desk is often a reflection of the professionalism and care within the rest of the practice, and based on this, I didn't feel confident moving forward. A healthcare office should be understanding, solutions oriented and respectful of patients' time, especially when the patient has driven nearly an hour to get there. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I will be finding another provider in the area with better communication and a more patient centered front desk.

When we went to make our annual appointments only to be told that our P.A. of nearly all those years was no longer with the practice!! It would have been nice to have been told before that. Anyway, we were assigned someone new and, because I have high blood pressure that has been uncontrollable, the new MD told me all heart related topics should be handled by my cardiologist from now on. Fair enough! So, along with our trusted P.A. leaving the practice, they have hired a downright NASTY woman to call and remind me that I am old and must be seen far more frequently than annually or they won't refill my prescriptions! Fortunately the the Cardiologist is conducting monthly tests as he adjusts my BP meds which include blood tests. Every single result is sent to my Primary Care practice as well as Cardiology. When I explain this to Ms. NASTY, she tells me I still must come in to be seen by them. Why? So they can make more money. I'm sorry but I find that just plain crooked. So, as of three days ago I have no more Metformin 509mg and they call that "care"?

The woman at the front desk (at a doctor's office!) flatly told us no. Another patient in the waiting room was so disturbed that she followed us outside to apologize and said it was unconscionable that they wouldn't give my son a Band-Aid. She suggested we try the pharmacy inside the Giant next door. The pharmacy staff immediately helped, gave my son a Band-Aid, and asked if we needed anything else. A medical practice that refuses a crying 3-year-old a Band-Aid... Who does that?

I think I've gotten such lowered expectations with even my primary care physicians being so overworked and rushed that it was just unexpected to get such good care - Way to go ! I was traveling through the area and couldn't have had a better experience from start to finish! Yelp came through and Progressive Urgent Care shined!
