Gatcha is one of my all time favorite places to go for blind boxes and to fill my crane machine fix! This clawcade is located inside the Florida Mall right next to the Crayola Experience and Dick's Sporting Goods. This spot has a plethora of kawaii and anime plushies and figurines. It is also one of the few spots around Orlando that sells authentic Pop Mart Labubus which is of course very hard to find now a days. Gatcha has a point system where you could trade in your plushies you won that day for points to use towards their blind box selection. They also have an honor system where if you spend a certain amount on a game card and don't win...they'll still give you a free plushie so that way you don't leave empty handed ... which is truly such a nice gesture! Definitely check this spot out on your next trip to the Florida Mall. It's a great place to spend some time with the fam!

love coming to gatcha SNACK as you always win something. There is a game for everyone in the family. Lots of fun in one place! The regular gatcha used to be good where you always won something but now they have made the claws so weak with 25 tokens you won't be able to win anything. So disappointed

A super cool place for to spend time playing in an array of machines. They have a small area that you can play in a pool of balls and watch cartoons at the same time. 3 rooms that you can buy different packages for Birthdays and a lot more. If you are Shopping on Florida Mall and have the kids with you , this is a place that they will enjoy and have fun!!

Overall, it was fun! The music and vibe inside was perfect. It reminded me a bit of the claw machine buildings in Japan. I attended during their grand opening weekend so it was busy, but it wasn't packed! The staff were nice and respectful. The people inside, the guests, were also nice and didn't push or take over machines. Everyone waited for their turn. We purchased our ticket or admission online through Eventbrite. They had run out of the keychains as part of the promotion but we were provided with a backup option, which was okay. I don't watch the show the character is from so I'll give it away. It would have been nice to select a keychain of my choice since I bought a promotion that included a JJK keychain. Some of the machines had issues for me and a friend! The staff was trying to fix it and did their best, but were unsuccessful. I was unable to play the machine and plush I wanted to win because it wasn't working with my card. The staff was apologetic and gave me one free play on the machine (I didn't win it during the one play). We got 120 credits ($35) each for the promotion and I ended up buying 62 more credits ($25). We only ended up winning a key chain and a Kirby plush. I'm a little saddened we were not able to win more with SO many credits. NOTE: I just found out after I left that if you don't win and spend $25 you get a plush regardless. I left with no plush for the $25 I spent. It isn't written on anything in the store. I read other reviews. Parking: No issues! I suggest parking close to Dick's Sporting Goods. It's right inside the main there.

I love the concept of this place! I wanted to take my son to an arcade and this place popped up under my searches. My son and I are big fans of claw machines and Gatcha is the perfect place to have some fun! Located inside the mall near Dick's sporting goods, Gatcha is a spacious play area. You simply can't walk past it and not go in. They offer toys and plushies for you to purchase and they also have a play area for the smaller kiddos. We purchased a play card at the kiosk near the entrance and began our claw machine extravaganza. They have many options and the prizes are good quality. I would definitely take your kids here, they'll have a blast!

Claw machine paradise! Each machine is filled with adorable plushies. I love the Sanrio ones! There's also a kids play area and a shop where you can find a variety of anime figurines and blind boxes.

I've been a couple times and had a great experience both times. A little pricey but a fun time. The prizes are super cute too.

We're on vacation and made a day trip to the Crayola experience. After we were done with that, we noticed Gatcha and all of their fun crane games right outside the Crayola exit. We actually had this bookmarked since we love crane games soo much. There was a sign outside that had a promotion. If you spend $25 and don't win anything, you'll get a medium prize for free. Say no more fam, with 2 daughters we loaded a card with $50. This got us 175 credits, and each game ranges 3-15 credits depending on the size of the prize. Lenny and Mercedes were there to help us through the whole experience as we played through the store. They were so amazing, and my daughters loved them. Mercedes even took them around the store and let them play some games for free. The girls had so much fun with her. Lenny also took some pictures for their instagram too. The girls felt like celebrities and got so many plushies to bring back to NY. Added bonus, Lenny recommended some great lunch spots for us. We enjoyed amazing pho after this. This place isn't huge, but the staff makes it feel welcoming. They said that a 2nd store is opening in the mall! I guess it's really popular. Wish we had one in NY! 5/5 highly recommend

    You won't leave empty handed!

This place is a Crane Game Addict's heaven. Found this place on the way to the bathroom at The Florida Mall and couldn't help myself. I may need CGAA... xD Their customer service is great. If you catch a plushie, you can trade it for another plushie in the same crane! like if you like a different plushie more than the one you caught or the one you got is misshapen or whatever, they will give you a better one in the crane. They will also offer to move plushies around in the crane to help you win it!! It helps a lot! If you catch 7 plushies, they will give you a cute canvas Gatcha tote bag to put your plushies in. (See pic) If you purchase $25 of tokens and you don't catch anything, you will not leave empty handed, just let the attendant know and they will give you a plushie. If you spend $50 and don't catch any plushies, they will give you two plushies. If you only catch one, they will give you the second one. Basically, for every $25, you get 1 guaranteed plushie. Don't play the ping pong ball drop ones. It is a waste of money and needless frustration. Those are not skill games. Those are based on luck. Very bad odds for those. Same for the game that is a single claw and you need to make the box drop. That one takes many attempts to get the box to fall. I have played so many crane games of different sorts that I kind of have it down to a science. See below... ===Tips for cranes:=== Choose a plushie that is not buried in the pit. Choose one that is sitting on top of all the other plushies and is not being held down by anything or even touching it on its sides. The friction against the other plushie is enough to keep the plushie from getting picked up. Or it gets in the way of the claw closing correctly around the plushie you want to pick it up. Aim for the largest/heaviest section of the plushie, ensuring that all three prongs will wrap around the plushie. You do not want to be too far from the middle. The plushie will fall out of the claw if it is not centered right. Do a test run. Or.. wait around and watch other people play them first. Learn from their mistakes. See if the crane claw twists as it descends. This will tell you if you need to position the claw differently. Sometimes you catch the plushie and it picks up but when the claw hits the top it falls out. That slight jarring knocks the claw open just enough to make the plushie fall back down. If you notice your crane do this 3x, stop playing that crane. Personally, I will let the clock run down and it drop the claw on its own rather than me pressing the button to drop the claw. Also gives me time to look at it from both sides of the crane to see that I am centered where I want to be. I've had more success with doing this. I could just be weird. Lol. Give it a try. It's fun. Gatcha has some really cute plushies. They have good quality ones. Even Sanrio and Pokémon ones. Not the generic/cheap ones you see in the cranes in other arcades.

Cute place! Lots of cute prizes. You can buy as well. I got the $35 in credits, the promo was still running.. if you spend $25 or more and you dont win anything, you still get a plushie! The $35 went super fast lol. Maybe about 20 mins from beginning to end. She did walk out with 3 plushies that she won, so although it was quick.. it was fun!

My first time visiting Gatchaland at the Florida mall. My 9 year old loved it! I paid $25 for 50 tokens and she was able to play a good amount of games. Everyone was super nice and helpful! Hannah, Quang, and Alex were working the day I went and all were super amazing. We walked away with at least 4 bags of treats and 2 drinks all for $25. They also do birthday parties.

For example, the top of the bar is actually a time line of the history of video games...something to take in while you're throwing back a few adult beverages. Assuming that you're looking to drink a bit, they have an outstanding collection of craft beer, and of course, they have the obligatory "80s themed" cocktails. I haven't quite figured out the food menu. But hey, P1VGB is not really, I don't think, that kind of place. GAMES? They have an excellent selection of old school vids. And whatever the game count, it goes up by 60 because they have at least 1 multigame rig (packaged in a Ms. Pac-Man cabinet). This combo brings you most, if not all, of the blockbuster titles from the 80s. They also have several rare machines. Last but not least, they THE SINGLE ALL TIME GREATEST COIN-OP SPORTS GAME! ATARI FOOTBALL!! Yeah, it's that much fun...I still have callouses and blisters from rolling that big ass track ball back in 1979! Pinball? Well, this is not a pinball palace, but, they do have about 8 to 10 tables. Great titles including Twilight Zone, Haunted House, and Jaws. In addition to the coin-op games that us Gen-Xers grew up with, they have multiple videogame consoles available. For a bar that offers this many games set on free play, admission is very inexpensive. I'd say that at any given time, 5 to 10 percent of the games are down. Not too bad. Located just up the street from Sofrito Latin Cafe, this place is well worth a few hours of time time. 5 stars!

So Andrettis is an indoor karting, laser tag, and game room located right next to the Convention Center on International Drive. This place definitely was easily accessible from the main road and had plenty of parking in their private parking lot. So on the day of our event, upon arrival, we were greeted immediately and checked in quickly and efficiently. The staff were all very kind and helpful! The party room was located in the back of the building and was a pretty spacious room, with its own private bathroom. For our birthday package we opted for the laser tag, and arcade option for the kids and it kept them occupied for a few hours. Now for the food, I was very impressed by the quality and presentation of all the items we selected! Yes the food was just your average fried bar food... but I thought everything was super fresh and all came out very quick. The pizza, wings, and cheese curds were outstanding! Lastly, our party attendant was top notch! She was very attentive, had great communication, and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, I will say that even though the birthday package at Andretti's is a bit on the pricier side... we thought it was definitely worth it... my nephew had a very memorable birthday!

However, I feel compelled to write a negative one in this case. On 3/6, I purchased two Gold Packages for myself and my 13 year old daughter. Each package includes two races. The representative who helped us explained that if we only completed one race that day, the remaining race would be stored as a credit on our membership cards. We therefore used only one race on 3/6. When we returned the next day, the representative at the counter, Desi, told us the next race would start in about six minutes. However, when I presented our membership cards, she said she could not see the remaining race credit. She then began asking questions such as whether we had purchased only one Gold Package and shared it, and whether we had receipts. It was clear she suspected we were trying to misuse the system. She continued questioning us for several minutes until I finally asked her to call the manager. While the manager was looking up the information, I logged into my credit card account to show proof of purchase. When I approached the counter with that information, the manager said rather casually, "Oh, we already found it." Unfortunately, by that time we had missed the race we could have joined and had already spent about 20 minutes standing at the counter. No one initially apologized for the inconvenience. When I told the manager that Desi should apologize, the manager responded, "It was not our fault. It was a system error. Sorry." Desi then said, "You did not even give me a chance," and tossed the race tickets onto the counter before trying to walk away. When I said that if I had not asked for the manager she likely would have continued questioning us suspiciously, she responded in a hostile tone, "If you want to take a picture of my badge, you can." The entire interaction was unnecessarily confrontational and disappointing. System errors can happen, but how staff handle them matters. A simple apology and professional attitude would have made a big difference.

I had heard from locals that it's a great local option over the big theme parks. Fun Spot was pretty great, for what it was. Free parking, free admission if you don't plan on riding rides, also a discounted adult pass if you only are going on rides with your kid who is too young to ride alone. The whole place was small, maybe the area of a handful of city blocks. And on the Sunday afternoon when we went, the place was quiet enough that we never waited more than a few minutes to get onto a ride. As we were only there for a couple hours, the cashier recommended the 4 ride pass for my kids, and the companion pass for me. But if one were to spend more hours there, buying the day pass online for $59.95 is quite a bargain. Not all rides were open, but the "big" rides that most kids want (the roller coasters and the go carts) were open. My daughter, who is not a big roller coaster fan, had a harder time finding kiddie rides that she actually wanted to go on, and she watched the go carts and didn't even want to try those with me driving. However, the place was small enough that I felt fine leaving my 10 year old son to go on rides by himself while I went on the Ferris wheel or the merry go round with my 8 year old. There are a bunch of food options available throughout the park. They were definitely more affordable than Disney prices! Most of the places offered souvenir cups with discounted refills, but there were also water stations set up throughout with free cups. I'd definitely come back if I had a few hours to burn and the kids didn't want to go swimming. Hopefully at some point, my daughter will change her mind about roller coasters, though!
