I couldn't get my follow up nor my next appointment for my other toe I needed. I called the office after 2mths and tried to go in due to my toe getting infected and in alot of pain. When I got there they told me that the office manager and doctor said I wasn't going to be seen unless I paid a certain amount of my balance. I explained that I have been in n out of the hospital that I could do a certain amount only and they refused. I had to come to the er only because they didn't do their job right. They knew what i was getting done so they should have ran my insurance first then doing procedure. Now I am here with tremendous pain at the er hoping I get seen. Horrible experience. After getting confirmation of my appointment through email at 2:30, I called…read morethe office to double make sure the apt was going to be at 2:30. They told me they didn't have my apt and they can "squeeze me in" for 4pm. I advised I got 2 confirmation emails and a "don't forget you have an apt at 2:30" email. They said they don't know what happened but at 4 is when they can see me. When I scheduled the appointment over the phone I advised what insurance I had and they told me they accepted that insurance. I arrive and the receptionist tells me they don't know if they accept my insurance and that I need to wait for the billing lady to arrive. 45 Min later they tell me the billing girl has still not arrived and don't know when she's going to get back from lunch. I waited for an hour for the billing lady, not knowing if I was going to get seen or if they accepted my insurance. Such a waste of time and not organized at all. Don't recommend. I really wanted a female PCP, but unfortunately this one is not it.
