Negative 50 is my rating on this group. They have a telephone answering service, although very professional voices, the service is worst than horrible! You are unable to speak to anyone at the clinic. It all goes through this answering service and they are the only ones that can speak to the healthcare team at the clinic. I attempted to contact them on two different occasions and both times, I literally held for over two hours just to find out that it was noon and they had stepped out to lunch. After holding for 2 hours!!!!! They promised they would get someone to call me back that same afternoon. Two weeks went by and not a single call from them. We felt like a hamster in a wheel...going absolutely no where. Don't be fooled. This is your typical company that is not out to care about your well being. They are all about the bottom line number and have no interest in your health or your wellness. A simple question to be asked for a 95 year old patient. They simply do not care! Then you show up and they leave you waiting for hours before they attend to you...95 year old patients should not be left hanging. It was bad, it was awful, it was intolerable. Too mechanical in my opinion. They need to start getting rid of their answering service that does nothing! Good Doctors are hard to find in Laredo. If you find one, don't let him go. This organization runs test and doesn't give patients any update. Especially, If the patient needs something to stop bleeding. They just tell you that they will call with test results. It been three days and no call. We have called several times, and the nurse practitioner doesn't call even after the operator assure that he got the message. this has become a business to fraud patients. The provider doesn't care about patients. Just bank account. If you go be ready to get no help. You can bleed to death and they don't care. read more

Office experience, they had me waiting in line to ask a question, but they did not acknowledge my presence during seven minutes of standing in front of them, they were engaged in a private fun discussion filled with laughter, but I was not able to laugh due to the stress of my situation. Then after waiting, one asked without lifting her head to make eye contact nor did she greet me, "Is there something you want?" Huh? When I asked for an appointment they were not able to schedule within an appropriate amount of days that my health situation warranted; well, that happens, but again no eye contact, not one element of concern nor attempt to assist someone in need with brain-storming the situation offering advice. Just go away and what? What is it that you two wanted me to think about myself and my health situation; and that I had interrupted your fun conversation among yourselves? read more

We use this clinic often because it's open on the weekends and late during the week. I was here two weeks ago with strep throat and i was given an antibiotic shot that worked like magic. This time is my daughter's turn as she has fever and body aches. Sometimes you see Dr. Benavidez, who is very good. We got Margarito today, the nurse practitioner and he is awesome and with exceptional bed side manners. Hats off to the staff for being attentive and professional. If you wake up sick make sure you get here as soon as they open because chances are there will be people waiting. read more

NOPE. Took our daughter yesterday afternoon knowing she likely had strep (she has had problems with strep since starting school at age 5 and gets it at the start of every school year so we have become very familiar with the symptoms). Doctor ran all the tests but said she was fine. Now, I do understand that sometimes it takes a few days for the test to come up positive however, we knew she had it. Our daughter could barely speak. Kept her home from school the following day in the hopes she could be seen by someone else and or the test would come out positive this time so she could start the medication she needs. Actually took her back to Laredo Premier and the same doctor from the day before said she should have gone to school and did not need to be seen! Said my husband also shouldn't have missed work to take care of her because there is nothing wrong with her!!! THE NERVE. Took her to La Familia Clinic on Corpus St. My daughter DID in fact test positive for strep throat and was given the medication she needs. Never giving these rude doctors my business again. Go to La Familia or Nuestra Salud. Much better service and friendly as well. read more

Had moved my 3 children one by one from Dr Roberto Villegas to the clinic as I liked the quick service, I am outside with my daughter as she has fever and throat pain, arrived at 8:35 and doors are closed, I called as I only see one person waiting in the lobby and "Janine" or some tells me that "depending on the patient flow as they only have one nurse practitioner they close a little early, as I said "ok, thank you" she replied with a "mmhmm". Want to clarify that I work on a health care paced environment and if we have to stay until 11 pm with a patient we do, and the correct answer would've been "I apologize for the inconvenience ma'am but we do open tomorrow as soon as..." Took my daughter and service was good. When waiting for the prescription noticed they double charged one of the test they did on my daughter. Went immediately to tell them and they checked and said I was correct but they couldn't return the money to me till Friday. Went back the next Monday and they said yes but we can only give you the check on Friday. I went today Friday at noon as they instructed and when front desk learned who I was she showed additud with me, then she tried to explain to me that I wasn't going to get a refund because now I actually owe them money due to in insurance policy. When I asked questions she kept telling me you don't understand me and by the second time her voice changed with me and pulled away, quickly someone else came and tried to explain why I owe them money now. I asked for the documents and walked away. No additud needed and they asked for way to much time to turn things around on you. read more

Great service all around....reasonable wait times, staff that actually calls you back when they say they will and in-house labs! They also provide immunizations and titers without a long drawn out process! Great NP and physicians! read more

If I could rate this lower than one star I would! I went to this facility because of a knee pain expecting a referral to a orthopedic physician. Instead a none orthopedic doctor took me in pretending to look at my knee where I had pants on so like he couldn't see my actual knee he touched some "pressure points" to see if anything would hurt, every pressure point he touched didn't hurt!! But he insisted to take some xrays because the way I described my injury he said something could be really wrong, he then proceeded to tell me that the radiologist was not there he said "HE" will be back in 20 minutes, no problem I waited but when I walked in to the X-rays it was a women after he had mention it being a man. No problem I BELIEVE they took my xrays, if I remember correctly when u take xrays the machine makes a loud noise? I'm not sure on this one but I didn't hear any noise. After that the same doctor came and told me that my x rays where taken and that I would get a call for feed back of my xrays the next day he then told me he suggest to buy a knee immobilizer and gave me medicine for the swelling. He then gave the paper for my medicines and the diagnosis's was a sprain acl ( I saw this after I had left the clinic) But that was only mention in the paper and not to my face, I was only told I would get a called for my diagnosis the next day which I never did, but now that I think about if the "women radiologist" took my. Rays why couldn't she come and tell me what I had ??!? My knee has gotten better after going to a private physical. This clinic is lucky my injury wasn't serious because this is MALPRACTICE!!!! Giving wrong diagnosis to people plus possibly lying about giving someone a xrays?? Plus not calling them back when they said they would!! It's disgusting what some clinics do just to get money..
