They responded almost immediately to my request and I was able to pay the reservation fee within about 1in. The driver reached out 2hrs before the event and texted again just prior to arrival. We booked the 10-12 passenger sprinter with a total of 12 kids. It was accommodating although they were a bit snug, but it worked. This type or sprinter would best fit 10 people with extra room to spare. ABA answered all my questions and sent paperwork via email to finalize the contract. The day of prom, driver arrived on time and was very professional and helpful (Ricky). The kids connected their phones via Bluetooth for music and ABA provided cold Gatorades for the riders. We chose the infinity stretch for 14 The day of, I received updates when the limo was on the way - our driver unfortunately had a flat tire but still managed to get to us with only a slight delay. Our driver (Fernando) was in for a treat with 7 rambunctious kids but he was so patient and fun. He also took amazing group photos for us. Our destination wasn't far so we just wanted to cruise around the city and let the boys enjoy time in the limo. After the event, he was waiting outside the school (so everyone got to see the boys get Picked up in a limo which was extra awesome for them!) and took us to in-n-out. In n out parking lots are not easy to navigate but he did it! Overall we had a BLAST and the boys made some core memories. Things to improve: Bluetooth / speaker needed an upgrade for sure!
