Our driver texted the evening before to confirm, and again when he was on his way the next morning. He drove a very large shuttle van with plenty of room for our double wide stroller and 3 pieces of luggage. If you request car seats, I suggest telling them the weight of your kids. I requested 2 forward facing car seats but our driver arrived with 1 forward facing car seat and 1 high back booster seat. Both my girls are under 35 pounds and the high back booster is for kids over 40 pounds so I wasn't very comfortable with that but we didn't really have a choice. I'd recommend they ask if the child weighs enough to use a booster before swapping it out. FYI they only take cash and they do not drive to/from Ontario airport.

I don't write reviews often because I'm easy to please and hate to say anything negative when I feel service has been adequate. I have traveled all over the world and booked multiple tours and shuttles (some with no reviews) that were excellent without any issues. My experience with this company was atrocious. I have had better shuttle services in the middle of the Amazon rainforest in Bolivia than this LAX scammer. We had a confirmed reservation. Our plane was delayed. "Samuel Espinosa" assured by gmail email (with photos of the "van" they had for the pick up) they were following the flight but stated they had no phone number for me so had to use email (similar to other poor google reviews that have been removed...they accused the client of providing the wrong phone number). I promptly sent my phone number and offered WhatsApp as an option as well. This was ignored and communication through email continued. Red flag! On arrival I emailed and was told to go to baggage claim and notify when there. I did so and was instructed to tell them what pillar we were located at on exiting the airport. That was done efficiently after bathroom breaks for 8 people and waiting for bags. Then we waited. For 30 MINUTES. No response to any email. I tried to call the number on the website and left a message. No response. Then approximately 3 minutes after I called a guy in full suit came out from the airport doors and offered us a "ride" for $250usd plus tax and tip (previous quote was $165 plus tax and 20% tip) but we had 8 people and bags so would need to pay for two of these special rides (with no credentials but they insisted they were "official" drivers). Uber black at that time was only $150 for an SUV. Surely we looked liked total idiots if they thought we would go for that. They offered to take us for the uber black price when they realised we were not as dumb as they thought. We refused and Instead we booked the uber blacks x2. Costed double but we had no choice. Luckily I had brought along my child's ride safer car seat (awesome but that I would recommend if you travel and need car portable car seats) for short Ubers so we did not have to worry about the lack of a car seat. Not sure what we would have done without it. Uber black was (as expected) amazing. Clean, new cars, with very polite and helpful drivers. Wish I had not bothered with the shuttle service at all. Wasted hours of valuable time which meant we could not get up early to go to Disney the next day. While we would not let it destroy our trip it did destroy my impression of LA and LAX. I've travelled the world and always been very careful about scams but the biggest scammers I have met thus far in my travels to over 40 countries is this company. Maybe I have just been lucky. Or perhaps because it was LA I let my guard down a bit and was a bit lax in usually due diligence. While on our way to Anaheim I did get some very inappropriate emails from the "driver" including one that said "any luck" when it was clear we were looking for alternative transport. When I indicated I knew it was a scam he changed his tune saying "the police made me move to terminal 1" and "I've been here all this time." It was 2am with plenty of space for cars and no police in sight with very few flights arriving at this time. Nobody made him move. He either never existed or took another group that offered more $ than he was going to get from us and then left his friends to scam us. They knew we were standing there waiting, tired, desperate for a ride and instead tried to use that as an opportunity to scam us. This company is an embarrassment to Los Angeles and airport shuttles everywhere. If you want to risk it and book anyway to save a few $$$ then go ahead but it could end up costing a lot more than that including valuable vacation time. I would stay far away. Their price was reasonable but not that much better than others, they include the car seat so was $15 cheaper than others and had such glowing reviews on Yelp I assumed it was a safe bet. They had ONE google review that echoed my experience which has since conveniently disappeared. Not sure why the yelp reviews are decent. Perhaps they figured that all reviews don't have to be good and they could mess up a few reservations and try to make some money off it. Unfortunate because I try to tip well and if my airport trip goes well I tend to make more bookings for the rest of the trip but instead we rented a car and used uber/lyft as we were too traumatised by our airport experience. I'll just stick with Uber Black at LAX from now on. I'd rather pay double than ever deal with a company like this again.

Driver arrived early and was at my house ready to go before we were. Second leg of our trip involved a late pick up at LAX to home. Driver was texting and waiting for us at the airport parking lot before we arrived- our flight was 30 minutes early. Overall, service was first rate. I provided Anthony with pertinent information, including the date, location, number of passengers, luggage information, and return transportation details. Within 15 seconds, Anthony provided me with a round-trip quote, tax, and tip for his drivers, which was hundreds of dollars less than what other shuttle companies had quoted me for one-way transportation. I had to confirm three times during our phone conversation whether there were any additional fees, since his price was sooo much better than anyone else's. Anthony advised me that he was the owner of his new shuttle company and that, as a new business, excellent customer service and competitive pricing were the keys to its success. I agreed to the price, and Anthony directed me to please make the reservations on his website, which I did. Definitely was different then a usual rental! Once booked they sent me instructions/videos on how…read moreto get to the car but never said I would not be engaging with anyone. So it was kind of weird not knowing it was remote, but kind of cool because we were able to fly out and go. Initially we filled out paperwork via DocuSign and only had to scan our ID's over. So this was a plus because we didn't have to wait in any long lines!!! Upon landing they gave us access to the vehicle and the option from two shuttles, we end up taking the Budget shuttle, and when we got off it was about a minute walk to the car. Now this is when everything became amazing. We were expecting a clean car but the Tesla we got was immaculate inside and out. It felt brand new but had 30k+ miles on it. It also came with full-self drive so playing with it before we left was fun. It was able to self-park and came to us when we used the summon button! You got to try it, we scared my mom later in the day jejeje. It drove well, and we were able to go to San Diego and back without any issues. We did have to charge up twice but it was only $27!!!! Talk about bang for your buck!!! Their team was also very responsive when we had question's about charging and how returning the car works. So that was a plus! They also allowed us to change our drop-off location towards the end. Originally we were suppose to return the car to the Glendale location. However, they let us drop the car where we picked up at. As well as use the same shuttle to return to LAX. I think the only place they could have done better was the parking. Upon return all the spaces were filled so we had to wait a few minutes until someone left to drop the vehicle off. Also they were sold out of strollers/car seats for the little ones. Outside of that we had fun in their vehicle!! Overall really happy we found them, and we will definitely be using them for future rentals!! They were professional, and the process was smooth.
