But both are good sources. On the other hand, this Ace Hardware doesn't always have what I want, the pricing is at least 10-15% higher, the selection is not as good.... BUT- yeah, you knew there was a but... I have to say that the people(family?) that work here are incredible!! Helpful, go out of their way to make sure you find what you need (without being obnoxious), offer suggestions, laugh and smile. These are real people doing good work in a meaningful way. Not sure how you feel about that but to me, I'd rather reward people like that and not some corporate giant. Plus, Ace is 4 minutes away and easy to get to with parking at the door. Lowe's and Home Depot are 20+ minutes away- easy choice. Five stars!!

I received a text from their distribution center saying they had a new scheduler and didn't know it wasn't a whole order. Then he said my order wasn't there yet. He didn't know when he could schedule the rest of the order. He offered a $100 gift card. I said I just want my order. I called corporate and asked to speak to a supervisor and more excuses. Plus, the offer of $100 gift card. I spent over $4,000 on furniture and all in have is 1/2 a couch. With no idea if or when i will get the rest!

Saw the same one (GE) at Home Depot that I was intending on purchasing at Best Buy. At Best Buy the machine $849. Home Depot is running an appliance sale depending on what you spend. On this they were offering $50 off. Though their initial price is higher at $879. I asked if Best Buy would meet the end price of $829 which would just be $20 less for Best Buy (I was also buying the pedestal.... An additional $250) they would not come down the $20 and let us walk out and lost the sale. Funny thing I was looking at a coffee maker I probably would've purchased as well. I ended up going back to Home Depot and purchased the washing machine and pedestal. I I will say that the sales help were very nice at Best Buy on the positive note. However the gentleman I was told was a manager let me leave the store over $20.

Lukejohn avoids calls, doesn't call back, doesn't provide updates and doesn't deliver on promises. I mean, a simple google search on the guy should tell you all that you need to know when two of the first things that pop up are his mugshot and a breach of contract lawsuit. Sad excuse of a "business", so frustrating and really disappointing. The worst part is my parents are the ones dealing with this company. The kitchen and master bath were supposed to be finished by Labor Day 2024, it was then pushed back to thanksgiving 2024 and the kitchen was barely useable then. The master bath was completed may 9th and the kitchen is STILL not done. 90% of the cost of the cabinets was paid in October in preparation for delivery and they still don't have the finished cabinets. A year ago they were so excited about their new house and since then, they have been constantly let down by this company and it has turned their excitement of starting a new chapter of life in a new home into a complete nightmare. Finally, my mom asked me to call Lukejohn as a last resort after trying to get ahold of him for days/ weeks. And guess what...he answered the phone! When I told him who I was he rudely told me he was out of town and busy and someone would be reaching out that day. They then gave them a July 1st date, which has since turned into August 4th. incredibly pathetic.
