You told us how busy you were today having 2 other displays/events and it's obvious that we didn't get the best quality based on how busy you were. - We really just wanted to chat through this with you to figure out a reasonable updated price, but you avoided discussing it with us and never responded, so we made this review. - We did not say 6-7pm was fine for pickup. We mutually agreed on 4pm specifically bc our son goes to sleep between 6-7pm and we wanted everything from the party cleaned up before that. - The fact that it fell over again AFTER your employee supposedly fixed it, says it all. We had to go find bags of gravel to try to keep it standing during the middle of our party. - We did not leave her "equipment" in the street. We live in a nice neighborhood and we left your wooden boards near our front door, leaning safely against our house. - Gol was over 3 hours late to pickup her "equipment" so we actually thought we were doing her a favor, bringing everything to the front of our house. Super disappointed to be honest - these things happen.
