Really cool course going up the side of a big hill! So the views get better as you play. Just an overall cool atmosphere, the holes are a little small, but the layout makes up for it. Also, there were more than 1 course option, I only had the time for 1. I will be back for sure just to check out the other. Good location right off the Main Street. Fun for all ages.

You might see a bear! Just wanted to cool off on a very hot day!

Such a beautiful mini golf course! Super well-kept. It's very unique how it's built into the side of a hill, so the holes are on different levels. And the most surprising part...you just might see a bear!!! We did one of the times we played this course! He took a dip in the water feature that's part of the course!

Very high prices. My 12 & 13 YO's wanted to go on the Rugged Ropes Course. It wasn't in the trees at all; which we were hoping. It is neat, no denying that, and the kids had fun hooking up to the safety harness and walking along all the ropes courses above ground. No higher than 3 stories. $21.99 per ticket to do the course. Also had bumper cars, laser tag, and mini golf, all of which cost $$$$. Plan on being hot as crud; not many places to sit and cool off at this place when the temps are in the 100º's.

    Fun pass

There are two different courses, and we started by playing the first one during the day. We had such a great time that instead of considering Hillbilly Golf checked off our Gatlinburg list, we decided we needed to come back and play the second course at night! I'm so glad we did. Playing during the day gave us a chance to really take in all the quirky Appalachian details and mountain setting, while returning after dark gave the experience a completely different atmosphere. It almost felt like getting two attractions in one. The courses are fun without taking themselves too seriously, and there are plenty of wonderfully unusual details along the way. It's the kind of attraction that reminds me why I enjoy traveling--sometimes the places that make you laugh and say, "We have to do that again!" become some of the best memories of the trip. If you're visiting Gatlinburg, put Hillbilly Golf on your list. And if you have the time, play both courses--one during the day and one at night!

But we never felt cooped up, unsafe or too on-the-edge. These guys had fun, positive attitudes and worked hard to make sure we had a good time. If you need anything on the course, you just call them (number is posted left and right) and they'll come right to you! Thanks for a great afternoon!!

Our kids loved the sea and mermaid theme. There's also an outdoor course that is pirate themed. There are several fun photo ops along the course. The space was colorful, clean and well maintained. I had to give up actually playing putt putt since I was keeping up with the kiddos, but the rest of my family really enjoyed the course. I loved that they had a very accessible restroom for those with kids. One of the stalls in the women's restroom had a changing table and a kid's potty seat! (Hopefully the same is available on the men's side.) My only recommendation for them would be to offer a step ladder for kids to reach the sinks and paper towels as an option for hand drying. Plenty of free parking, too!

The decorations are bland as the inside 18 holes is basically just a warehouse with painted fish hanging from the ceiling. The outside/upstairs 18 holes is slightly better with decorations, but the sound effects are on a 30 second loop. Hearing the same recording over and over again while playing gets old fast. Not on par with something like a Pirates Cove mini golf. In my opinion, there are better ones in the area.

The mountain scenery, rides, attractions, and overall atmosphere make it a great place to spend the day. Everything feels like a fun adventure, especially when you take the chairlift up and enjoy the views of the Smoky Mountains. Another guest commented that they were continued to bring guests up on the gondola until there was a lightening strike some distance away. There was no clear communication to guests. They were taking people down in 3 small buses on a one-lane road. Beyond the lack of management and any sort of emergency plan to evacuate several hundred, if not more, people. The entire operation is a giant cash grab. In order to do most of the activities, an additional fee is required. As the storm moved in, they were still taking people's money. Definitely there are better options for families in the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge areas that are more reasonable in costs and better value. Wanted to have a good time. Left disappointed. No plans to come back. Not how I expected to be treated as a paying customer. Young employees not trained to respond to the situation. Just disappointing the unsafe conditions they put every family that was that was at Anakeeesta in. Just unprepared and unacceptable. There are other situations that require emergency responses, and I highly doubt they are prepared to respond.
