The invoice was inaccurate and after a 'we'll look into it' email we heard nothing. We waited, we heard nothing. We waited some more, still nothing. Then, OVER A YEAR after the last communication we received an email insinuating an overdue balance. NO explanations, no apologies for the delays, nothing. It then took several MORE months to rectify the inaccuracies in the invoice. The window to submit moving expenses for reimbursement through employer LONG gone, leaving us on the hook for thousands of dollars, solely due to their POOR (at best) and largely non existent communication from Relocation Today. If you have the option AVOID!
