It took under two hours and I was done. They would've come to me but because of snow I thought it was better to bring it to them. It worked out great. They have a comfortable waiting room and Kim is great. She's knowledgeable and personable and fun to talk with. They took my insurance so I had no charge. Two days later my boyfriend has to replace the passenger side window, so he calls them and they arrange payment with his insurance company and come the same day. They did come later than the time they originally stated, but they stayed in touch. When they got to the house, it was two guys who were friendly, and while one guy replaced the window, the other one washed all of the other windows in the car. They took time and care and made sure it worked properly before they left. Not to mention, if anything is wrong with the window in the future they come back and fix it at no cost. They came to the house, so you don't have to go anywhere, just have to wait for them to arrive. I would definitely use them again if I needed windows or mirrors replaced. Knock on wood, that I won't need them though.
