Kind of a disappointing experience. Use to come here a couple of times a month years ago and always had a decent time. Thought it would be the same experience and now I just don't think I'll be coming back at all. Came here after a few drinks at Mixers and my friends and I did not have a good time here. The food is not fresh. It won't taste good unless you are drunk. Our waitress messed our drink order 2 times and just decided to go with it. They have live karaoke if you request for it. This is not the place for talking. You cannot hear when others are talking unless they are yelling. We could hear each other at all and just decided to leave. read more

Gator's has a great patio, food and local bar atmosphere. The true star is Kelsey. She is always so welcoming, professional, and efficient while she runs the front of house by herself. Disgusting! Ham tasted like bologna, you can see thru the bacon, sausage tasted off, and pancakes even tasted strange with too much vanilla! I'm not a fan of the pour your own coffee from a giant decanter. Also, with all the food left on the plate you would think the server would at least inquire why! Went after my DH played a show last week. The place is filthy. Crabby waitress got pissed that we wanted food, not just drinks, carded my 57yr old mom &21 yr old son from CA. She said he needed a checking acct or a LIBRARY card to verify he was 21! Seriously!? A library card?! Asked to talk to a manager got sent to the bartender. Asked the bartender, he said one wasn't available. Asked when there would be one in, and for a name, and no one would give me one. Dirty, LAZY STAFF, bad bad attitudes. Walked out. Gator's has really grown on me! I like that they have a patio with the same bench seating as inside, great drafts for very reasonable prices, a full bar, very good food, and even a pretty impressive brunch menu. The fact that everyone seems to know each other here is also comforting. There is a pretty warm sense of family here, even for someone who's only been here a time or two. I've been here 3 times now, once for breakfast, and twice for drinks and dinner/lunch. I was very satisfied each time. The food here is actually really good, above and beyond what I had expected. It's your typical pub grub menu with breakfast options, but they really deliver on the portion sizes and flavor. Very well done! The only thing that worries me is that they always seem to be hiring new cooks and other staff. I hope the turnover isn't a bad sign of things to come, because I really love this place and the food the way it is. I hear they have some pretty fun nights here, like karaoke and even some dancing from time to time. I could see this place being a really good time just based on the loyal patronage and positive vibes I get every time I come here. The only thing I sort of don't like about this place, I also like, if that makes sense!? It kind of has a divey, run down feel as well. It's a well known video poker haven, which seems to dive-down any place with a quickness. They also could use a few upgrades in regards to interior design and aesthetics, but, I think it's still ok the way it is. I think it's ok for a place to stay a little on the divey side anyways! I recently stopped at gator's with 3 other people. We waited for 10 minutes and not once during the 10 minutes did we see a waiter/waitress. While looking around I noticed that the tables were not wiped clean and the floors were filthy. There were only maybe 15 other people there; all from the same party. The waitress swooped by us and totally ignored us. The place had a bad fish/oily smell. I got up and left. The other 3 people that I was with came out about 10 minutes later. I guess the waitress was rude and arguementative because they wanted to order off the menu and not just drinks. I would not go back just because it was so filthy and smelled bad. read more

Yep.. it's sort of your neighborhood dive bar but the drinks are strong and bartenders remember you after a few visits. Also one of the few places in the freaking state that has an electronic dart board.. we come in once or twice a week to throw darts and have an occasional BLT and tots. Awesome happy hours. (seriously, $2 micro brew on thursday night is the cheapest you'll find anywhere in the PDX area) Deb, the bartender is a hoot and it's pretty well lit for a dive bar. The food here is kinda blah ( a lot of fried stuff. The fries suck IMO) The atmosphere is pretty nonchalent and the Karaoke nights are fun. Cheap without the pretense is what i'd like to call it. Typical passable bar food, average service, slightly better than average beer selection. This bar does, however, make an effort to host plenty of activities - everything from karaoke to bar trivia with different drink specials each night. I especially enjoy $2 beer Thursdays from 7pm on. And, I tend to slightly favor any bar that carries Anchor Steam on tap since it can be rather hard to find. As a sports bar, you can do better. The seating is odd, primarily lodge-style benches with a ring of TVs around a very large room, so you'll have to select carefully to get a good view of your game. The fare is decent, but unspectacular. Honestly, restaurant nachos should have melted cheddar. This is not a movie theater, stadium, or Wisconsin. No cheese sauce, please. Club sandwich and burger like just about anyone else's. Service needs to put on their "football hat" and demonstrate some patience with the game-watching patrons and their expected 3-hour stay and pace of ordering. read more

Fun sports bar. $3 breakfast everyday is good, filling, and obviously affordable. Drink prices are reasonable.

Super laid back and a pretty damn good breakfast for $3 before 9am. Bartenders are nice and the customers are friendly even tho you can tell it is very much a "regulars" kinda place. read more

Wonderful sports bar off of Hwy 99. You can't really go wrong with any food you order and the service is great. Two pool tables - always in great shape and only 50 cents a game. Avoid on Wednesday nights if you want to play pool though, that's league night and they usually take over the tables from 5:30 to 11:00. Breakfast specials, cheap burgers on Tuesdays, or Widmer Wednesdays ($3 pints) - Go get you some. read more

Seated ourselves. There were customers who knew each other and the help calling out to each other. The music was really loud. The cash box was actually counted right behind us at the door. We waited for 15 minutes for a menu or something and then left, walking right next to one of the waitresses, who didn't even notice or try to apologize and help us. I don't understand why there are bad reviews here as my husband and I have always had the best service. The food is very good. Hubby loves their choices of hamburgers. We love their mozzarella sticks. Debbie, one of the bartenders, is super nice and friendly. She has the most beautiful voice and we always enjoy it if the bar is slow enough to allow her to see a song on karaoke. The place has grown and changed a bit since I first met my now-husband there way back in 2002. It still is our favorite date night hangout. read more

My wife and I have been to this establishment three different times and have had a horrible experience each time. The bartenders name was "Laura" and she is the worst bartender by far. My wife waited up to 15 minutes for another drink as "Laura" kept waving her hand in our faces telling us we needed to "wait our turn."During this time, she made her way down to the opposite end of the bar to make out with a man, whom I am assuming was her boyfriend and chat with everyone else. Each time we spoke to her, she responded with an unfriendly attitude. While taking my food order, I asked questions and she seemed completely annoyed. This was our first experience. Although we knew it was horrible the first time, we loved the food so we thought we'd give it another try. The second time was just the same and we were double charged for a couple drinks. We went in one more time because we were invited to a friend's birthday celebration, I highly doubt any one from that party will be back either. Sorry for ranting on, I am not one to leave such detailed reviews, but I had to share my experience and warn those that decide to try this restaraunt. I went here in the middle of the day in the middle of the week and the food was great at a reasonable price and service was fast because there were only about 8 people there. The jukebox was horribly loud which could be seen 2 ways...1) your conversation is totally private because even the person across the table can't hear you or 2) the music makes you forget about the surroundings. Call for latest karaoke information. We had almost the exact same experience as reviewer Evelyn S. and Mike C. I have been assured that they served full menu until close. So me and my DH came in at 12 midnight we were informed by the pub staff (no table service at that time) that we needed to order right away because the kitchen was closing. We had to go to the bar to place our order. They were very rude and my husband felt like he was asking for the moon and all he wanted was a couple of beers and a menu. He felt like he was going to get jumped by the people sitting at the bar. When we ordered we ordered nachos with no meat veggies only and who ever was cooking that night took it so literally that they put canned MIXED vegetables on top of the nachos. A few other of the menu items came out the same way. I think it got lost in the translation. We also phoned before we came and were assured Karaoke was going on. It was not. the KJ told us that the Karaoke was closed for the night because some singer was screaming into the mic and so since one person ruined it for all of the patrons. She was afraid to start it up again because she didn't want to have to tell the screaming guy that he could no longer participate. Someone needs to learn more KJ skills!?! She also lost the mic and spent 20 minutes looking for it. *nice* I have been to gator's several times. They are in my hood. When we first went in 08 they were on top of their game. They had the best nachos in town. Now it seem like they are going down hill. Rude waitstaff, Karaoke is a joke and an afterthought. The pub seems very cliquy. I am so disappointed with the service I received on Thursday, October 4, 2018! I brought my girlfriend to Gators for lunch. The waitress, Kim, who took our order was rude as hell! First off, she did not greet us with her name, (had to ask her her name ) when she said it, she she didn't sate it very nice. We waited 30 minutes for her to come take our order. After such a long wait we decided we would have a drink before our meal came. When I waved her over to order a drink, she actually slumped! Dragging her feet in our direction, I could see her roll her eyes at another patron. She made us feel like we were a nuisance to her! She got our burgers wrong, then placed mine in front of my girlfriend and hers in front of me. We decided to let it be because she was already annoyed. By the time we finished, her shift was over. She was sitting at the bar drinking, getting loud and complaining to anyone within earshot about the cooks, how bad the food was and she was yelling about how nasty the fries at gators were. Smart. Saturday I went in, planning to stay and meet with some friends who go there all the time. I noticed she was there, and that I wasn't the only one who wasn't thrilled. Not sure if she was working or not but shes just unwelcoming and snotty. She was walking around with a blue cup and drinking out of it. I'm wondering if there may be alcohol in it? Maybe she's drunk on the job. If that is not her excuse, for being a rude drunk, then I guess she is just a BITCH! If you want bad service and a waitress that doesn't care about anything but the drink she'll have at the end of her shift, then Gators is the place for you! Otherwise go to Bounty Hunter. I've always had good service there, and I plan to stay there. After reading other reviews, I can see that I am not the only one with this issue. read more

I bought a sharing spree deal for this restaurant!! Never had heard of this place but last night my husband and I went to the Pub!! The food selection was amazing, they had a big variety of salads, hamburgers and sandwiches. We did not even look at the dinner portion of the menu...who knows how much more they had!! We ate the hamburgers and they were great!! The waitress was really friendly and helpful. They have an area to eat outside when the weather gets warm!! Great Place!! read more

Having lived in Tigard for about 2 years now, this has been probably the best bar I can find in the area so far. The $5 dollar burgers on Tuesday are unbeatable, I definitely recommend the Hawaiian Burger. The Gator Balls are great too, much better than the name makes them out to be! ;) Beer selection isn't bad too if micro brews are your thing. My only complaint is how frequently it seems like they have karaoke there, sometimes blaring loud amateur singing can kill even a good burger and beer, but hey it's not my thing. read more
