They were offering a complimentary Beef-Fat Washed Old Fashioned (Woodford Reserve Bourbon Old Fashioned with the bourbon infused with nuts and umami-packed beef fat) to Dads. Unfortunately the nut infusion precluded me from trying it. I had a complimentary Old Fashioned instead. It was just as good as The Highlander. My meal consisted of Beef Carpaccio and Steak Salad. The carpaccio was razor thin. Both dishes were delicious. I closed out the meal with the Chocolate Sorbet. This was one of the best meals I had in London on this trip. Its quite small but serves amazing food. I had two small fillet steaks with two eggs with a side salad that we shared. It was unreal! The steak was served perfectly medium rare, with some really nice traditional hot sauce. You can't have steak without some hot sauce!! The side salad was also amazing, coming with heart of palms which are another big favourite of mine. The staff were great - friendly, attentive but clearly experience and didn't over do it.
