You can scan the QR code, which upsells you constantly, like suggesting water without mentioning a price then charging $20 for it, suggesting expensive deserts and slipping in an 18% tip even though there is no waiter in sight. The app ended up with a server error and we had to run around looking for a human. The guy entered our order wrong and brought us pizzas without cheese or even sauce. When we asked for a correction, they would not fix it. We just ended up paying $100 for cardboard pizza and some salad. So we wanted water to drink as many others were drinking water. We had a server saying we would have to purchase water that was already given to the customers. We attempted to eat here for breakfast before a flight. It was around 6:30 am and this place should have been open for an hour and a half by that time. However, after we placed an order on the tablet we were told that they would not be able to serve us for 20 minutes. 20 minutes passed and we were told that they would not be able to serve us for another 20 minutes. It was too much at that point and there are many other dining options at terminal E so we asked them to cancel our order. The problem is that when you place an order here (and at other locations in the terminal owned by the same company) you swipe your card. The manager on duty said that he could not immediately issue us a refund and that we would receive one in several days. This was obviously a lie as we had just stopped at Tanglewood (also an OTG restaurant) which was having equipment issues and they immediately issued a refund. Needless to say, no refund was issued. We attempted to contact their customer service about this and received no response so we disputed it with our credit card. However, OTG challenged the dispute and because they had a receipt with the physical card present the credit card company could not uphold the dispute. You have been warned. read more

Got the avocado toast- the healthy option. Except that it was swimming in olive oil. You couldn't even tell it was toast it was so soggy and so difficult to eat. Then I had to gather my belongings with my oily hands to get to the restroom to wash them because napkins just weren't cutting. Also the menu description mentions everything on the toast except the olive oil so you wouldn't know to ask for no olive oil. This place looks fun, but in reality, it fails. We got to the airport a little early. Instead of your usual places to eat like Wendy's or other fast food offerings, we decided to try Gavi. It starts with you sitting in front of an iPad and ordering your food and drinks. I've done this at other places before like Stacked, etc. But the difference with this place is that you'll order and pay before your order is placed. The bad part is you also leave a tip at this time. How do you know what to tip your server when they haven't done anything yet? The food is just so-so. I got the shrimp fettuccine which was very dry the shrimp were over-cooked. We also split a spinach artichoke dip appetizer which was decent. We wanted a few more napkins and refills on our drinks, but no one was around to ask. Overall, save the money and either wait until you get to your destination or eat fast food and fill yourself up before you take off. Either way it's not worth spending the money here. The margherita pizza was good, although they literally put 4 leaves of basil. I ordered extra basil and they forgot, so had to remind them to bring it. The ordering system was super glitchy and it took 20 minutes longer than it should have to place an order. The staff was generally nice. The avocado toast didn't have much flavor and the avocado paste they used was more brown/oxidized so not appealing at all. They need to do some more QA. You order via iPad at the counter, take your slip and check yourself out at the back near the drinks (look for checkout sign). Employees will assist if you need help. I entered my cell and 10 minutes later had a text that my pizza was ready. It had a good crust, decent amount of mushrooms and roasted garlic and enough to share with 2 or 3 people. This place was terrible! My husband and I really wanted to enjoy our $50 breakfast ! The service was poor! The food they advertised didnt even exist and the food we actually recieved was unappetizing. We were informed that they had run out of potatoes and had taken it on themselves to substitute melon saying that the manager would fix it when he came back up. He never came back up! When we had a problem with it the waitress gave us huge attitude. One of the more disturbing points of this visit is you are forced to order from an I pad . As soon as you order you must pay and tip your server. How are you supposed to know what to tip your server when you haven't even been served yet. The pizza and salad was good and the server was kind and responsive. I'd go so far to say that this place is definitely the safest bet food wise in this airport; can you really go wrong with pizza? The food was good the service was friendly, so overall good on that score. But please oh please, single use plastic straws, cups and cutlery (wrapped in plastic), surely this can be substituted with compostable or reusable items in this day and age. read more

Friday Nov. 19th around 6:00 pm during a layover we ate here. My husband ordered pizza and it was good, no problem. I ordered a shrimp linguine. It tasted good at first but there were so many red pepper flakes in it I almost couldn't eat it. But I ate it because I was very hungry. Now I believe they put so much in there to cover something up. After landing in Minneapolis I got extremely sick and ended up in the ER with food poisoning. I have never been so sick in my entire life.
