I elected to go with the other company who are local and more reputable. Fast forward a month and Steve from hailstone PDR shows up at my house and immediately gets belligerent about me opting to go with someone else. So I called R&R about the shocking offensive attack by Steve with hailstone PDR and astonishingly, R&R defended his actions. Obviously, there is money being exchanged between the two in order to keep both so-called companies right-side up. Just thought I would share, so you know what your are dealing with at R&R. My tires were even looking red. So, I put out the word on Yelp that I was looking for a mobile car washer since making it to someone during work hours is darn near impossible for me. A few car wash businesses replied, but for some reason Derek's stood out. So, I thought... let me give them a shot. Let's see what they are made of. I knew that it was going to be a chore to get that red clay off of my car. After going back and forth a few times with all the details, I met Derek's Mobile Car Wash at my apartment during my lunch break. Since I had to get back to work ASAP, I left my car in their hands and headed back. I did feel kind of weird leaving my keys and my car with total strangers, but it really needed to be cleaned. Inside and out. Some time passed and then I get the phone call... you know the one where they tell you that your car is cleaned. I didn't have super high hopes because they cleaned my car without an outside water source or electricity. They were nice enough to bring my car up to the office for me so that I didn't have to take an Uber back home to get it. When I was waking up to my car I was in total shock. The car looked brand new on the outside. Like it had just came off the showroom floor. It looked GREAT! But I was thinking there's NO WAY that they got the inside as clean. NO WAY!!! I couldn't wait to open the doors and check it out. Once again, I was in total shock. It looked like it had never even been driven. It was so clean you could eat off the seats. It also smelled GREAT! The job that they did was OUTSTANDING! I highly recommend this small local business for all your car wash needs. The are prompt and very professional. I will be using them from now on when my car needs a bath.
