I elected to go with the other company who are local and more reputable. Fast forward a month and Steve from hailstone PDR shows up at my house and immediately gets belligerent about me opting to go with someone else. So I called R&R about the shocking offensive attack by Steve with hailstone PDR and astonishingly, R&R defended his actions. Obviously, there is money being exchanged between the two in order to keep both so-called companies right-side up. Just thought I would share, so you know what your are dealing with at R&R. However I came to remove stains on my seat and per seat it was $50+ I was ok with that as the stain was all over. They went above and beyond! I got my car the stain was removed, the seat look like new and they vacuum my car and interior cleaned it. The smell was gone. Took them a few hours but I was so happy with the work.
