I accidentally bit into one of the peppers and my mouth was immediately on fire!! The sauce was a deep dark red and full of flavor. The perfect blend of spicy and sweet. More on the spicy and less on the sweet. Every bite was delicious. I couldn't eat it all because there was too much food. I asked the waitress for a to-go container. I definitely wasn't going to leave these left overs behind! When she brought me my styrofoam container I told her that this was the absolute best General Tso's I've ever had.
