The crispies were good; ate all of those. Fried Rice was also orangey and needed to be cooked longer. I like bamboo shoots as much as the next person, but not a whole can on my plate. Too many water chestnuts also, but the amount of carrots was great. Usually there's never enough carrots for me. Egg drop soup: was trying to figure out what it tastes like since I've never actually had it before. Chicken broth. It tastes like chicken broth. Just with egg floating in it and the occasional carrot or pea, but it was good since the plates took a while to come out. There's a sign posted that says: We are not a fast food place. Note: Don't ask to sub wonton soup on your entree cause "that's a separate item". Waiter seemed annoyed to be asked that question because it clearly isn't a choice offered with the entree on the menu; only egg drop soup or hot and sour soup. I'm sure he gets asked that a lot. Doesn't seem to me to be too much to ask since they obviously have it. ‍
