The entire appt was 2.5 hrs as the owners decided to take other clients while we were only half way through getting pedicures, so we had one person for remainder of toes and then waited for each other for nails. .. toes with different length nails, childlike nail polish, and visibly dry skin on feet.. and the nails- similarly awful. The gel was bumpy, our cuticles were not cleaned up. When we expressed concern about the time, they said someone did not show up, though did not take responsibility for taking other clients and leaving us. Super convenient! Lexi Mitchell worked to tailor my inspiration photograph to my face, skin tone, and budget. My appointment was over 3 hours (balayage, cut, and blowout for thick waist-length hair) and she was attentive and energetic the entire time. During that time I got to see numerous customers come and go and the work these stylists are doing is awesome. From kid's cuts to root touchups to full colors I was impressed by every single one.
