Rusty talked her through the whole situation over the phone and came out that afternoon to inspect. Rusty is very knowledgeable and during the estimate he spent a great deal of time inspecting the home and giving us our options. Rusty also took the time to explain how to get rid of the bugs and we never felt like he was trying to pressure us into any particular service. After we decided to spray her room, Rusty came out with his assistant and they took care of everything for us! They went above and beyond to take care of my daughter and I am so thankful. Our apartment complex had another man come by to inspect around the same time Affordable Pest Control came out. Not only were his prices higher but he did not fully inspect the house like Rusty. We were still having an issue in our yard with ants but I wasn't aware they don't treat the yard. The lady I spoke to on the phone recommended a granular product (for $30) that I picked up and was able to apply myself and it seems to be working great! I think for the initial treatment, we paid around $102... we signed up to re-treat quarterly which I believe is even less. Small price to pay to keep the creepy crawlies away! Everyone I have been in contact with have been wonderful. I can't for the life of me think of the gentleman's name who sprayed... it was a unique name that started with a "Z". They have all the money I paid for many years but have lost all the money they could have made in the future. But they have the relative small amount of outrageous interest they charged me.
